As a first time buyer, my experience has been positive throughout, from initial interactions with the Sales team in arranging viewings, to having my offer accepted, through to completion. I would like to thank Matt Barseghian (Sales Manager), who has been fantastic throughout the process, as well as the wider team (Rosie and Mahnoor).

29th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Worst agency ever.I left property in may and still Didnt get my deposit back from them Sayem was the first one who gave me property it was in bad condition and later on landlord tried to take all the deposit money for Things he never provided.<br>Checkin inventory doesnt open but yes they will make sure checkout inventory opens lol worst agency please dont go through them unless people are changed.- 24th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)I have just completed a garden flat sale with Gibbs Gillespie on Pitt's Hanger Lane. From the start of dealing with Gibbs, they were very professional, very supportive and competitive with the other agents. They gave sound advice and I probably should have listened to some of it earlier! However they did a great job in securing a sale during a tricky time in the market.

He provided us with excellent property options, all of which were of a very high standard.<br><br>What really stood out was his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. Alex even went into the office on a Sunday afternoon to make sure we could secure our offer. That level of commitment and customer service is truly exceptional.
