24th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)I will Let the pictures and videos talk.- 20th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)I would strongly advise against renting through Foxtons South Kensington.<br><br>I moved into a property that was in an unacceptable condition, with mould, insect infestations, and broken furniture. I had to replace furniture at my own expense shortly after moving in and was never compensated.<br><br>When I needed to leave my tenancy, I found replacement tenants myself, yet the process was repeatedly delayed due to poor communication and conflicting information from the agency, resulting in unnecessary stress and financial loss.<br><br>It has now been three weeks since my tenancy ended, and I am still waiting for the return of my overpaid rent and tenancy deposit. Despite numerous emails and follow-ups, these outstanding payments have still not been resolved.<br><br>From start to finish, this tenancy was handled with a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Tenants should not have to chase an agency for months to resolve issues or recover money they are owed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Foxtons South Kensington to anyone looking to rent in London.

However, he has put up with our time zone differences, and we are very grateful! Thank you Archie for making the whole process as smooth as can be expected!

22nd Jul 2026 (12 days ago)This 5 star review goes solely to Jack Wallis who really went out of his way to help me with some issues I personally paid for and getting reimbursed. There is one person in the office though who wasn’t as great, when I went there he tried just telling me to go elsewhere as that wasn’t the correct office for my request when I’m paying almost £3k in rent. Ridiculous. Jack on the other hand is phenomenal and deserves all the praise possible!!!!!

(1 Star)<br><br>This has been the worst letting agency experience I have ever had.<br><br>Throughout my tenancy I experienced poor communication, delays in dealing with issues, and a lack of professionalism. After moving out, my deposit remained unresolved for several months, causing significant stress and financial hardship while I was trying to secure new accommodation.<br><br>A dispute was raised through TDS, and despite being given ample time to provide evidence, the matter had to proceed through the formal dispute process. The handling of the situation left me feeling frustrated and unsupported.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency based on my personal experience. Tenants should make sure they keep detailed records of all communications, photographs, and documents throughout their tenancy.<br><br>This review reflects my genuine experience as a tenant.- 28th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)Our house sale journey started with all of the great team at Gibbs-Gillespie in Pitshangar Lane, with Patricia O'Sullivan at the forefront. From sales details to viewings, then offers and surveys, she has been with us all the way. Informative, polite, professional and quick to respond to questions.<br><br>We couldn't have asked for a better contact and guide through the selling process. Nothing was too much trouble and Patricia often went above and beyond when things got tricky. It's been a pleasure and I would recommend her and the team every time.
24th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)We had a great experience renting with Citydeal. During the market exploration phase, Omar was informative, clear, and responsive. He arrived early to our scheduled viewing, presented me with an information sheet, and answered all questions we had then and afterwards via Whatsapp. The offer and contract negotiation stages were efficient, and our requests were promptly communicated to and negotiated with the landlord by Slava. Signing, inventory checks, and moving in were smooth. We have had two small maintenance issues which were quickly passed onto the landlord by Leah and the management team, and prompted addressed. The landlord had been communicative and reasonable as well.

Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Horrible.

Of all the agencies I contacted, they were head and shoulders above the rest i terms of solutions proposed but also in terms of 'no strings' guidance offered. Within a few days I found what I wanted. Ayesha was competent, friendly, reassuring and always ready to help. If I want to rent again, I will go straight back to them.
