14th May 2026 (6 days ago)Awful experience: If your agent is Jean Choo, please be extremely careful about anything mentioned during the viewing and make sure to get everything confirmed in writing, as later she may deny it. I also noticed other reviews mentioning Paul Phelan, and unfortunately I can confirm that my experience with him was equally disappointing and unhelpful. Once you move in, it feels like they no longer care about resolving issues, the priority seems to be securing their commission rather than providing proper customer service and support. Communication was poor, professionalism was lacking, and overall the experience was very frustrating. I would recommend considering other agencies instead. In my experience, Marsh & Parsons has been far more professional and reliable.

Luckily my first contact was with Ms Nazanen Mehraje and she was Brilliant--- Pleasant , thorough and communicative at every step throughout the whole process. She Knows her stuff well and was always available to help even when the things were not directly within her jurisdiction. Much obliged and wish her the very best of luck in her career.
9th May 2026 (11 days ago)Emma has been superb throughout the entire process. I am not sure it would have got across the line without her assistance. She was in constant contact with the buyers, the sellers who were abroad and their solicitors and kept all parties fully informed, mediating and explaining the issues when required. I would highly recommend Fletchers in Brook Green.

Her expertise in the local market was evident from our first meeting, and she provided a clear, strategic plan for selling our home. Louisa was incredibly communicative, providing updates after every viewing and following up with detailed feedback. Then there was Pio. Oh, what a joy to work with. He was very efficient, super quick to update the PropertyFile App & he has a wonderful sense of humor. I felt fully supported and informed throughout the entire process. If you want dedicated professionals, who genuinely care & gets results, I would highly recommend Louisa & Pio.
3rd May 2026 (17 days ago)I wrote a negative review on the back of a highly unpleasant encounter with an employee called Samir a couple of days ago. Hunters then tried drown out this negative review with a string of fake ones praising him. I responded with a follow up review to call out this flagrant breach of consumer protection law under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. Somebody from Hunters then found my number and called me on no caller ID to challenge me, also breaching data protection laws. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and dishonesty from an estate agents and will be seeking advice from my solicitor.

He was proactive and very well prepared. I would highly recommend him.! I would absolutely recommend Moveli, over using one of the big impersonal high street chains

The whole team were professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent — I was kept informed every step of the way and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. What really stood out was how supportive and reassuring they were, especially during the more stressful parts. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they always took the time to make sure I understood everything. They handled everything efficiently and made what could have been a complicated process feel smooth and manageable. It’s clear they really care about their clients and take pride in what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Devenports Estate Agents to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and professional service. Thank you again for making the whole experience so positive!
8th May 2026 (12 days ago)A good service let down by the fact it did not work for me.- 15th May 2026 (5 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Foxtons Property Management. I have been dealing with serious maintenance issues in my property for approximately 5 months, including lack of proper hot water and extremely low water pressure. Despite countless emails, calls, complaints and engineer visits, the issue remains unresolved. The situation has become so bad that there have been days when the water pressure was too low for basic hygiene, including brushing teeth properly. There have also been days when both myself and my 2-year-old daughter were unable to shower at home due to the lack of hot water and poor water pressure. When possible, I have had to shower at the gym instead, often leaving in cold or rainy weather, which has repeatedly affected my health and wellbeing, as well as my daughter’s. What has made the situation even worse is the lack of communication, accountability and urgency from the management team. I was also encouraged to pay an additional 6 months of rent after being assured that repair dates and resolutions would be provided, which unfortunately did not happen. Considering the high rent I pay, I expected basic habitability standards, comfort, professionalism and proper support as a tenant, but unfortunately this has not been my experience. The matter has now escalated to the local council due to the failure to resolve the issue appropriately. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Foxtons to anyone looking for reliable property management or tenant support.
