23rd Sep 2024 (11 days ago)Agency managed by people who don't care. Being in a flat managed by Foxtons Hampsted and paid almost 15k for 6 months rent and: -The toilet seat is still broken -The toilet flush is broken -New silicone has been put on top of MOULDY silicone -Water comes out the shower as the door is broken -Tyles broken in many places -WINDOWS DON'T STAY OPEN! Worse than all, we are being misled as we pick a flat for the private garden but it turn out to be communal! Most of the agents ignore phone calls or emails. No one ever showed at the flat. One of the property manager suggested to us to ask for compensation for the misleading. We paid almost 15k -fifteen thousand- and they offer 250 pound. Most of agents are rude and not very professionals. Still have no news about the time of when the flat will be repaired. Suggestion to everyone: think twice before dealing with this agency. If you'd like more details, please contact me I am sure no one from head office will reach out.

They're hands down the best letting agents I've come across in London. Mansour is absolutely great and clearly knows how to provide an exceptional service. From start to finish, every process was seamless. He was attentive, addressed all our concerns, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We are way beyond happy to have found an amazing and beautiful apartment we can call home. Mansour even negotiated with the landlord to get us some additional perks. To make things even better, we were welcomed with a thoughtful gift on the day we moved in, as a small gesture. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained when we were handed over the keys. It’s been a week since we have moved in and Mansour has continued to check in with us to make sure everything is going well. Thanks again Mansour and the team at James Anderson. You guys clearly are the best.

3rd Sep 2024 (4 weeks ago)Rental properties department never reply queries, I had to fill a form to book a view that got the question “ are you British” even I am, I don’t think should be a relevant question as people should not choose who can view a property by their citizenship I’ve submitted more than 10 queries for different properties and I never received any email or call back to offer any property . I have a permanent job, a good income , and and excellent credit score I’ve called them this morning and a “Mr” asked questions like: do you need to give notice in your actual property . I said NO, and I can move soon .Even thought he continuous insisting and interrogating why ? If a said “no notice” that means NO. Is it because I don’t have a British accent ? Do I need to tell that I’m divorcing, that I can leave and why I can leave ? That’s difficult to understand why people don’t focus on make more business , reply to customers offering similar properties, reply to emails and, instead , losing time with inappropriate questions. So many nice state agencies that I don bother anymore to find a property with Rickmansworth Gibbs

14th Sep 2024 (20 days ago)Renee was super helpful, we moved from Spain and had a hard time finding a flat with no knowledge of how the renting process was, but she guided us until we finally got the flat we wanted. It was a really stressful process but she made it easier!

She was extremely professional and helpful and I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell a property.

22nd Sep 2024 (12 days ago)I had the opportunity to deal and liaise with Richard. My search was very specific and he showed me all relevant properties over many months. He was at all times, attentive and non -pushy. He clearly wanted both the buyer and seller to get the best deal. Through Richards knowledge and patience,I finally found my ideal flat. It was a pleasure to deal with Richard and he was an ultimate professional, and showed real integrity at all times. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely the most capable agent I’ve dealt with during my property search. Would certainly work with him again if the opportunity arose.- 20th Sep 2024 (14 days ago)Do not move in to properties from Foxtons. I have been living in a mould infested flat for a year— which sent me to the hospital and an independent mould company confirmed the flat was unsafe to live in because it wasn’t properly damp proofed — and they did nothing. When I decided to move out because of the mould, they immediately started viewings of the flat and are now moving someone in when the landlord has no plans to carry out the 2 months of repairs necessary to make it not a health hazard. Beyond that, though, Foxtons has contacted me to schedule viewings of my flat several times when I explicitly told them not to, and when trying to find a flat with them, they offered ones that did not meet any of my criteria and were not on the market. Overall, I strongly recommend not using Foxtons.

3rd Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)Recently used Sears Estate Agents in Bracknell to find a new tenant for my flat. Can’t praise them enough. A suitable tenant was found within 24 hours of it being advertised and all the financial checks on him and references were completed within 2-3 days. Contracts signed within 5 days!!! Super impressed with Andy and Leona whom I dealt with throughout. Needless to say I would highly recommend them.
1st Jul 2024 (14 weeks ago)A woman called Yin laughed at me on the phone, I am autistic and struggle with social skills and she laughed at me because of it. So rude and it has really upset me. - you have just replied to me calling this a fake review, good try. This clearly happened to me otherwise why would I bother to write about it? I had to call my mum afterwards to cry to her because I had been made to feel so bad by this woman. That’s clearly her problem not mine.

I was a tenant for a year and during this time they were not very attentive to issues we had with the property which was one of the major contributing factors to leaving. When it came to leaving, they would not respond to any requests to release our deposit for almost 2 months! I had to go to a solicitor to assist with getting the deposit back!
