26th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Slow off the mark once contract signed (forgot to book photographer); had been sure of handling incumbent tenant but capitulated. Lag to viewings, then slow to remarket once tenant gone… Months have elapsed and although they found a buyer - the agreed price is £50k below guide and still exchange hasn’t happened. Occasionally good to talk to but only act when their fee seems to be receding?!

They sold us our first home together in SW6 18 years ago and were our go to to both sell and buy in the same postcode earlier this year. Sean is genuinely supportive and listen to what you’re looking for as well as ensuring the best value is achieved on the sell side. Claire was invaluable in the final stages in supporting the documentation process.

26th Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)In my experience I found Dexters to be very good when dealing with finding a new rental. Though I must give a call out to their letting agent Emma. Finding a place can be stressful and time consuming but, she was always calm and ever so helpful. Very down to earth person and seemed nothing was too much trouble. She always kept in regular contact be it by phone and/or email (whichever was easier for me), responding to queries same day. All the forms to fill out is quite stressful and I found her to be ever so helpful when it came to these which really helped me as was having problems accessing them. Saw her at the office and she went through them with me. A lovely down to earth lady who happily helped every step of the way. Made what is a naturally stressful experience actually manageable. 31st May 2024 (2 years ago)I had the worst experience of my life with them and Featherstone Leigh , my son has a permanent asthma and breathing issue from the flat they have rented me. I was not able to stay in the flat for over two months , no alternative was offered to me and my family, being homeless due to the smell of damp, water leak has costed me a lot of money and stress. Useless team all they care about is their rent it be paid , they have breached their contract on so many occasions, they failed . Do not get fooled by those good reviews!

She always checks with me before taking any action and keeps me fully informed throughout the process, which I really appreciate.<br><br>She is extremely kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely excellent at what she does. Talking to Claire is honestly a breath of fresh air — communication with her is always clear, reassuring, and effortless.<br><br>She handles everything with great care and professionalism, and I always feel that the property is in very capable hands. She is incredibly reliable, thoughtful, and consistently does her job to an exceptionally high standard.<br><br>I couldn't recommend Claire highly enough.

Communication was always clear and responsive, and in the final weeks especially they did a great job keeping everything moving and making sure communication flowed smoothly between us and the sellers.<br><br>Jack was particularly supportive and proactive, keeping us updated, answering questions quickly and helping make what can be a stressful process feel much easier.<br><br>We also really appreciated how considerate the sellers were, and the whole handover was handled beautifully, the house was clean, organised and ready for us, with a lovely welcome card and bottle of bubbly waiting when we arrived.<br><br>We’re very grateful to the whole team and would happily recommend RiverHomes Chiswick to anyone buying or selling in the area.
