8th Apr 2026 (28 days ago)I used Lloyds to sell. When I terminated the contract due to lack of professional conduct (including changing terms of contract without prior agreement) and poor quality service, the owner of the business Patrick French would not leave me alone even 8 months after I terminated the contract. Contacting me unnecessarily to ask who had bought the properties in question despite it having nothing to do with him, helpfully pointing out that he could check land registry to find out who bought from me, threatening to take legal action for defamation if I chose to take my formal complaint to the ombudsman. I wish I'd never met this man - he has caused me no end of stress and caused major delays to me moving house and moving on with my life. Seems very amenable when you do what he wants but as soon as I stopped doing what he wanted, he wouldn't leave you alone. Luckily I found estate agents who did the job properly but only after suffering through what this man put me through for nearly a year.

23rd Jan 2022 (4 years ago)In an industry which is among the five least trusted professions, Hamptons Canary Wharf, but specifically Jack, are raising the bar. I am completing my first home purchase and Jack took an honest selling approach from the beggining, understanding the type of property that I was after. While real estate promotions are usually generic, he highlighted this property to me knowing it checked a number of points while was also transparent on not selling too hard on properties which were outside budget/criteria, which resulted in greater trust. Further, I worked with Capital Private Finance where Avneet provided me with a number of options, while Paul and Kevin at Adams Kaye would periodically check in, pushed the seller's solicitors, and kept a good cadence of communication. Happy with the combined efforts, will look to re-use and recommend.

This man should not be on the road, very dangerous driving, stuck his finger out the window as he cut me up doing around 60mph in a road works 40mph on the a428. Then proceeded to overtake an artic lorry while another lorry was oncoming and had to move into the layby. He got that far.... 10 minutes later I seen parked up in waitrose bedford car park, He should not be driving at all let alone CBRE.

I’ve been renting a house through City View Property for the past 3 years, and Im very happy with there service From day one, they have been incredibly professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable living experience. Any issues that arose were promptly addressed, and the property was always well-maintained. The staff is friendly, approachable, and truly committed to providing top-notch service. Liam clearly knew the building, knew the figures for all recent sales of apartments in the building. I was certainly invited to discuss the price at which I’d like to sell the flat. It was clear that Liam and Barnard Marcus knew how to sell online. All very professional, a price was set.- 8th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Amazing agency, in particular Mr. Giancarlo. 13th Nov 2025 (25 weeks ago)Jaspal was particularly helpful, communicating constantly throughout the purchasing process. When, on our final inspection before completion, we found ourselves locked out of the property, Jaspal solved the issue by contacting previous tenants for information, having essential items to open the lock delivered and finally gaining access. All this without having eaten for 24 hours! Full marks to Jaspal for problem-solving and tenacity!

25th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)I rented through Home Connect and had a very disappointing experience. I paid a £3000 deposit but only received £500 back after leaving, with no clear explanation. I would not recommend.

30th Apr 2026 (6 days ago)I would like to leave a review for our concierge, Daniel (The forge) He is always friendly, approachable, and willing to help with anything we need. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and he always goes out of his way to make sure everything is sorted quickly and efficiently. For example, whenever there have been any issues or questions, Daniel has dealt with them straight away and kept us updated, which really gives peace of mind. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents. He makes a big difference to the building and creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

1st May 2026 (5 days ago)This company is highly unprofessional and unreliable. Communication is extremely poor — emails and calls are often ignored, and urgent issues are not properly handled. During the tenancy, multiple problems were left unresolved, making the living experience stressful and frustrating. At the end, they charged unreasonable fees without clear evidence or justification. Please do not trust the positive reviews on Google Maps. I strongly suspect this company is inflating its rating with fake reviews????????????????????????? Overall, I would strongly advise others to avoid renting through this agency.
