1st Nov 2024 (25 weeks ago)Victoria Bennett branch manager of shipways Harborne high street absolutely disgraceful unprofessional and rude regarding sale and rental matters. If you decide to change your mind about a sale she will be rude and send a rude email. Disgusting of a person to speak to with all the years experience you would never know that from her third class approach and communication skills. Real disgrace to the branch.
31st Oct 2024 (25 weeks ago)Honestly so frustrated with Dixons. They never ever pick up the phone, they don’t respond to rightmove enquiries. It’s just super frustrating that properties I am interested in buying are being managed by dixons. If I were a seller I would be super annoyed knowing that the people supposed to help me sell my house are doing everything in their power not to sell by intentionally not responding to enquiries

They were very helpful and always available to answer any questions I had, and walked me through all issues such as where to report any repairs/issues. Thank you to both of them for their help!

The issue was solved in a matter of hours thanks to his involvement. He didn't just report and run, he kept in constant contact with both us and the locksmith and was understanding and most importantly kind. We rarely have to call Dixons but it's great to know that level of support is there should you need them. He changed our day ????

There was just one thing that he needed to find out more information on and he emailed it through very quickly after the viewing. Exceptional service, I would highly recommend working with FleetMilne.

14th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Rude. Was expecting to hear when I could pick up the keys and they forgot about me. When I messaged I had the following rude response. "You have asked for a date to collect keys, which is my understanding that you have taken a room with us None of our previous conversation states which room you have taken Your contact number does not show on our system as a proposed tenant. Unfortunately we have three agents at Genie homes so you could have taken the room with the other two agents, im just trying to help find out which property so we can arrange your keys". Unfortunately we deal with hundreds of applicants per day, so i apologise that i needed to clarify". The snotty ending was terrible. It's there fault I'm not on the system yet somehow they expect me to provide them with all the information. Out of the 3 people that worked there could have said, oh yes I know him, my bad, I'll sort it. Terrible ans unorganised. Do not use! Used another company that was brilliant.
