15th Dec 2025 (1 day ago)Our agent was Festina Gashi, she was excellent at keeping us informed of the process, and chasing outstanding items for the solicitors to get things moving. Post sale she was also kind enough to facilitate collecting rogue mail that had still been delivered before addresses were updated. ????
11th Apr 2025 (8 mo. ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.- 26th Nov 2025 (20 days ago)From day 1 Lucy our main contact has been extremely professional and throughout the whole process. Despite the conveyancing process becoming long and drawn-out, Lisa remained proactive, supportive, and consistently professional. She kept us well-informed at every stage and worked hard behind the scenes to keep things moving. Her calm approach and persistence made a real difference. We truly appreciate all her help and would highly recommend Lisa and the KFH Hayes team!

A special thank you to Jenna, who supported us through every step of the process, from the first viewing all the way to completion. She was always on time, kept us updated, and was easy to reach whenever we had questions.? Jenna also liaised proactively with both sides’ solicitors to help speed things up and made sure our completion happened on the date we were working towards, which took a lot of stress out of the move.? Overall, Capital Estate Agents Bromley have been professional, friendly and very efficient, and because of Jenna’s hard work we would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy in the area.

I had recently vacated a property and the security deposit was being disputed between myself and the landlord. With her area of expertise and fantastic negotiating skills I was able to secure back an amount that myself and the landlord deemed acceptable. This wouldn't have been possible without her help throughout the process. I first met Steven who took the time to explain the purchasing process. He gave me all the facts and helped me realise that buying my own house was completely possible. A great start. As my purchase neared completion, I realised that my solicitor had missed a few important points. This oversight seriously jeopardised my mortgage. This is when Charlotte stepped in. At a time when I was very stressed and fearing I would lose my house, Charlotte took control of the matter. She went above and beyond by liaising with the mortgage provider and the solicitor. She got things straightened out in no time at all. Thanks to Charlotte I went from despair to celebrations ???? I am very happy to say that my mortgage completed last week and I picked up my keys this morning. This would not have been possible without Medway Mortgage Shop. They do fantastic work but they keep it simple. This is because they are amazing at what they do. Another great thing about this company is that they are brilliant at staying in contact throughout the whole process. My phone calls and emails were handled promptly. Stephen made the whole tenancy process ridiculously easy and fast, and any time I’ve needed something (which hasn’t been often), they’ve been right there to sort it. Says a lot about the place itself too — great condition when I moved in, and it’s been a comfortable, stress-free home ever since, which is why I’ve stayed on. I’d definitely recommend Stephen at Sanders Property if you’re looking for a new place. Professional, understanding, quick to help, and just genuinely easy to deal with.
