26th May 2025 (9 mo. ago)Whilst the individuals who work here can be very nice, their enforcement of actioning requests to the landlord to fix issues is sub par, and the landlords they take on are not always nice people. Before taking on the property they promised all carpets and issues with the property would be fixed, they were never even attempted to be fixed. Scaffolding went up all round the property with zero warning, all walkways looked directly into the property. Nothing was explained that there was issues with the roof. Also lost access to parking space that came with the property due to scaffolding placement. Was told it would be up 3-4 weeks maximum however was still there 4 months later when I moved out. Downstairs tenants had major damp issues in their property which the landlord refused to fix. Extremely loud tenants in the property with no action from the landlord to stop it. Drugs being sold in downstairs property, no action from the landlord. Due to insufficient insulation was extremely cold and wind blew throughout, and also meant when roof was worked on everything in storage spaces got covered in debris. Eventually got cleaned after weeks of begging. Did nothing after I received very aggressive phone call directly from the landlord as to when I enquired about the scaffolding and lack of parking. Once again, nice people, but bad management and clientele.

I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.

He has been great at arranging many many viewings and getting people to come and see our house. Finally, one couple, one viewing and that was all we needed. And we are so thrilled to be buying a house through Charters as well. We've had our sights on this particular house for 3 months and finally Josh has made it happen. Josh was a pleasure to work with. From our very first interaction right through to exchange, the service was flawless from top to bottom. Even at the very beginning — which now feels like a lifetime ago — booking and confirming viewings was handled more efficiently than with any other property we viewed. Communication was clear, prompt and organised. The information pack provided was thorough, and the Rightmove listing itself was detailed and accurate, which immediately gave us confidence in the professionalism of the business. Oliver, who showed us around initially, was professional, knowledgeable and gave us space to properly view the property without pressure. Danny Low handled the offer stage calmly and fairly, helping both sides reach agreement smoothly and transparently. The real standout throughout was Kevin Cheeseman. Kevin’s sales progression was exceptional. During what became a very stressful and delay-ridden conveyancing process (outside of the agent’s control), Kevin was proactive, persistent and completely on top of the chain. He chased solicitors, maintained communication between all parties, and ensured momentum never completely stalled. As buyers — not even the direct client of the agent — we felt supported throughout. That speaks volumes about Kevin’s professionalism and integrity. When things became tense, Kevin remained calm, solutions-focused and highly responsive. We genuinely believe the transaction could have fallen apart without his involvement. If we ever come to sell this property, The Property Explorer will be our first call. We would confidently recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. Outstanding service from start to finish.

Speedy, professional and transparent from the very beginning. The team I've dealt with (Kez, Olivia, and Ana) have all been super helpful throughout the whole process of renting. Hopefully more agencies can adopt such a high standard of services with no trickery involved.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

We had six viewings booked within a couple of days and received three offers in less than a week. We accepted an asking price offer after the property had been live on the market less than 7 days. We are able to follow the progress of our sale on an app and have direct contact with EweMove at any time. Best house sales service ever!
