26th May 2025 (24 weeks ago)Whilst the individuals who work here can be very nice, their enforcement of actioning requests to the landlord to fix issues is sub par, and the landlords they take on are not always nice people. Before taking on the property they promised all carpets and issues with the property would be fixed, they were never even attempted to be fixed. Scaffolding went up all round the property with zero warning, all walkways looked directly into the property. Nothing was explained that there was issues with the roof. Also lost access to parking space that came with the property due to scaffolding placement. Was told it would be up 3-4 weeks maximum however was still there 4 months later when I moved out. Downstairs tenants had major damp issues in their property which the landlord refused to fix. Extremely loud tenants in the property with no action from the landlord to stop it. Drugs being sold in downstairs property, no action from the landlord. Due to insufficient insulation was extremely cold and wind blew throughout, and also meant when roof was worked on everything in storage spaces got covered in debris. Eventually got cleaned after weeks of begging. Did nothing after I received very aggressive phone call directly from the landlord as to when I enquired about the scaffolding and lack of parking. Once again, nice people, but bad management and clientele.

9th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)I dealt with the excellent lettings team at Hamptons, who handled my enquiry, viewing and offer very efficiently. I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.

He’s super kind and genuinely so easy to talk to - the perfect balance of relaxed and professional. Richard made the whole rental process so smooth and stress-free, keeping things moving quickly and efficiently. He was always happy to chat and answer any questions, which made everything feel so much easier. I’m really thankful for his help in getting our rental sorted and so quickly!
27th Oct 2025 (14 days ago)We had been searching for a flat for over three months before we met Kirsty Stone. It had been a very difficult time for us. As new omens from Ukraine communication was a challenge and we were losing hope. When we met Kirsty everything changed. She was amazing and seemed to understand us and read our emotions just by looking at us. Kirsty was kind, patient and supportive. She reassured us with her calm,confident voice and warm smile. Thanks to Kirsty we found our new home and couldn't be happier. We are deeply grateful for her professionalism, kindness and humanity. We honestly don't know what we would have done without her.

30th Sep 2025 (6 weeks ago)We recently sold our flat in Farnham through Bourne and Co. We dealt with Rebecca initially and then Patrick. Both were very good. Patrick drove the negotiation and sale. He was professional at all times and kept us informed throughout the process, which was surprisingly smooth apart from a few hiccups in the closing weeks but that nothing to do with him or the agency. We were very happy with their service and would not hesitate to use them again.

22nd Oct 2025 (19 days ago)Henry and team at Winkworth in Farnham recently successfully completed our house sale. On the marketing, viewings and negotiations front it was expertly handled, a very smooth experience with the outcome we wanted. They are a highly professional and friendly bunch. The quantity and suitability of prospective buyers was strong. The chain however was problematic due to someone at the bottom of the chain using a cheap 'warehouse conveyancer'... top tip - you should never use one! This was beyond our control, it caused a lot of stress, but Henry was able to navigate his way through and kept the chain intact to successful completion. We would highly recommend Winkworth Farnham.

26th Oct 2025 (15 days ago)We’ve viewed several properties in the Woodham, Woking and in particular Horsell. We had a fantastic experience with Seymour’s Estate Agents in Horsell. Serena was brilliant from start to finish — really knowledgeable about the Horsell area and always quick to follow up with sellers to get answers to our questions. She gave us great local info about schools and transport, and her team of show-round guides were professional, friendly and well informed about the houses they were showing and the sellers situations and aspirations. You can tell she runs a really well-organised office. Would highly recommend Seymour’s Horsell if you’re buying or selling locally — they truly go above and beyond!

Throughout the process they have been exceptional. I would give them 10 stars if I could and would not hesitate in recommending Waterfords Fleet. A huge thank you to the team at Waterfords Fleet who have been extremely professional, helpful and polite throughout the process of renting for a number of years and the recent purchase of a property. 6th Nov 2025 (4 days ago)From the day Greg Rowse came to value my property it was a no brainer. It was valued and i was given a honest market value of my home. First viewer put an offer in. Greg Rowes was so pleasant helpful and professional. Mike White. ( Greg James) Four house moves as a buyer and he excels in what he does. This whole experience has been so traumatic due to my poor choice of solicitor!!!!! My fault. Such a small chain and it has been a trauma for all involved. We’re at the end now. Mike has gone above and beyond. Choose your solicitor wisely, and in saying that having an estate agent like Mike will seriously be something you will never regret. He takes the stress and pressure out of this experience. I can not rate him enough Go with Greg James
