After extensive research I began negotiations with Daniel Fanelli whose professionalism, care & knowledge of charities within the probate field is first class. Mr Fanelli recommend we sold though the new auction method & we completed within a few months. Personally, I can honestly state that I have found Arron James to be professional, experienced & adeptly skilled in selling the most difficult property. Therefore, I can highly recommend them. 12th Oct 2024 (17 weeks ago)It was an unfortunate start and things did go wrong but luckily we eventually sold the house for a reasonable price thanks to lots of help from Savills who stayed with us. It got very stressful at times because of delays etc. Would recommend this company of course.

We felt so looked after, were constantly updated and always dealt with in an extremely professional manner. Particular praise for Amir, Lucy, Charlie and Scarlette. We cannot thank you all enough. It has been a pleasure dealing with you all. We will have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending you to family and friends.
25th Jan 2025 (13 days ago)Very disappointed with the short experience with this Lettings agency. Viewed a property which was said to be available immediately, put offer in of full asking price and now am being told the landlord is in no rush to let and they are waiting for other offers. Really frustrated as we have been chasing everyday to see what is happening, we made it clear that we are in a rush to leave our existing property as landlord is selling however, still received very poor service from this agency. Iv dealt with a a few in the past, and this is by far the slowest, advertising vacant properties then saying the landlord isn’t in a rush. Also got told the landlord would be happy with an 18 month contract, this is what we offered from the get go. If you need to move in a particular time frame, I really wouldn’t recommend this company.
20th Jan 2025 (18 days ago)Nick was an absolute please to deal with, incredibly responsive (when even out of the office) and nothing seemed too much trouble for him between viewing the property/asking questions etc. I've dealt with a number of estate agents over the years and most of them, I wouldn't recommend, however I have no hesitation at all in recommending Nick or the team at Aubrey & Finn.

5th Jan 2025 (5 weeks ago)We had a few viewings with another agent over 2 months, but no offers or negotiations. We moved to Mulburries and had a viewing within a couple of days. An acceptable offer was made and we sold! Great selling skills, hunger to work for the buyer and seller - outstanding. Forget the big, lethargic companies with no real desire and go to Mulburries. They will get you sold.
