I didn’t know the area at all so I was going in blind and ended up viewing the flat following a suggestion from the agent. It turned out to be exactly what I was looking for! There were numerous delays due to a break in the chain on my side but the support and communication from the sales progression team was great and although it took longer than expected it still didn’t feel too stressful!
16th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)I had a tenant changeover and Tayla was brilliant. Within less than a week she organised 6 viewings from which we had 2 good offers. So there was no need for any vacant period. Tayla was efficient, professional and communicated clearly. I have no hesitation in recommending Yourmove for landlords.

Amir regularly informs us on developments and is always available to discuss strategy and advice with absolute transparency. He has an exceptional knowledge of the local market and is always polite, respectful and understanding.

1st Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)The verbal valuation that we received was £25K higher than the valuation that we received on paper from Oakleys (24 hours later). After one month with lots of viewings but no offers we decided to change agent and accepted an offer above asking price within 3 days of being on the market. They have a good reputation in the area but we were disappointed.
27th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Unfortunately had a bad experience lately with Robinsons, we rented until recently, god fobid if you have a major problem with the property you rent from them, they dont answer your emails or calls, its as if they dont care, they've got your money thats all they are interested in, thier employees make empty promises, perhaps they should just stick to selling houses, that way once it done you dont need to deal with them again
3rd Jan 2024 (18 weeks ago)Becoming a landlord for the first time was naturally unfamiliar ground for myself, however Squire estate and Ashley in particular have been absolutely awesome. The proactive communication and reassurances provided really helped settle our unknowns. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and really grateful. Thank you Ashley and the team.

Would recommend and use them again if we ever move in the future.- 3rd May 2024 (4 days ago)Castles were excellent throughout the selling process. They are the best choice of agent in Berkhamsted and they receive the most enquiries and obtain the best prices for their clients. They were well organised in dealing with issues and delays that occurred and kept us well informed once terms were agreed and solicitors were instructed. As a Chartered surveyor who has been in the property business for over 40 years it was great to work with the sales team and receive the quality and level of professionalism that I have tried to give my clients during my career. 17th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)Please avoid renting with them at all costs! You will never get your deposit back. Our flat was 30+ year old and tired as you would expect, which we accepted when we moved in. We lived there only 11 months as the house was poorly insulated, we even had ice inside the house in the winter months, they never fixed it (among other things) so we decided to leave the flat. To our surprise, when we handed over the house, they brought their 'expert', a guy called Mark who has been with them for ages, as an 'independent' inspector, who obviously isn't. They will claim all kinds of non existent changes and damages and deduct if from your deposit! they event claimed is our fault that a crack appeared on the ceiling! AVOID!
18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Nothing was ever too much trouble and he has always been at the end of the phone should we have any questions. He has been very informative and helpful. Thank you so much Max.

25th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)I have to say renting with Regents of Berkhamsted has been fantastic, they have been on point with everything they do and provided such a tenant like myself and my small family everything we needed. never a problem when anything broke down or needed fixing. I was with them since September 2012 and just recently moved back to London for work reasons and a marriage break up. Definitely living the dream as they say. Rental properties here go like hot cakes in Berkhamsted, so you are dead lucky to get one in such a prestigious Town like this. Well moving on I would like to say renting with Regents has been a pleasurable experience for me and I would like to say they are the best Estates Agents by far in the area. Thankyou to all the team there who have supported me for over a decade. ps. I know where I am coming back to buy in future when I reach retirement age, until then all the best!!
