Nothing is too much trouble for her. She's such a lovely lady ???? I cannot recommend this estate agents enough. Everything has been so easygoing. Courteous and friendly to a person, we had a very good experience when selling our house near Framlingham. I’m sure this applied to people viewing and buying as well. C&S have excellent local knowledge and experience and this significantly helped with selling our very old listed property.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

From the initial drop in to discuss the thought of selling, to the valuation visit, photo and video shoot, received offer updates and final figure negotiations through to handing in the keys to enable the sale to complete and the new owners move in, all the staff have been friendly, helpful and supportive. You felt you got a personal but also professional experience. If thinking of selling a property in the Norwich area would highly recommend.
