From the beginning, the team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and efficiency. They were always responsive, approachable, and willing to answer any questions I had throughout the process. Communication was clear and timely, which made everything run smoothly and stress-free. The entire experience, from arranging viewings to finalising the tenancy, was handled with great care and attention to detail. I particularly appreciated how supportive and organised the team was, ensuring that everything was completed without unnecessary delays. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received especially from harrison. Their professionalism and commitment to providing a good customer experience truly stood out.

Rob was always quick to respond, easy to reach by phone or message, and patient in answering every question I had. He was professional, clear, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I would recommend Jackson-Stops!

I can honestly say that without them, in this case Stuart Clarke, I think we might still be waiting to exchange contracts on our recent purchase.. As someone who has sold and purchased using their services, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

They kept me well informed about viewings on my property making sure that viewers would be turning up at the allocated time. They ensured that all staff showing people around were thoroughly familiar with the merits of the house and the strengths of living in the area. Whittley Parish also chased up feedback and offers promptly. Brilliant estate agent!

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

Jade was amazing and we couldn’t have done it without her, she went above and beyond and helped us with our sale even though she didn’t have to. Couldn’t recommend Jade or winkworth enough and if we ever move house again I’d 1000% use their services.

We spoke regularly to Mike Bidwell who was our main contact and he was very proactive in trying to move the purchase along. Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Exquisite Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
21st May 2026 (1 day ago)A great agency, didnt get me what I really needed but came in close. Understood what I needed, why and the sensitive nature in which I needed to work with them. Very compassionate, private, personable and supportive. I wouldnt hesitate in a heart beat to recommend them, especially for victims of Domestic Violence with complicated sales processes. Very respectful, excellent marketing and kept up to date throughout.
