24th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)I have been a Relocation agent for 17yrs and I first met Ronan Rigney approx. 7yrs ago and from the very 1st day I knew that he was, and is to this day one of the most outstanding agents I have ever dealt with! He has always gone above and beyond to accommodate timings and has without exception identified properties that matched my clients requirements. He is an absolute pleasure to be with and wonderfully honest! Personally I think he deserves 7 stars *******

We worked with Eloise, who is on track to deliver a successful sale and has been confident and reassuring throughout, including through some twists and turns. Dexters' presence in our neighbourhood is notable and the team seems to know the area well.
24th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)MISREPRESENTATION COSTING HUNDREDS IN LEGAL FEES - Absolutely appalling experience. This is the second time I’ve tried to work with this agency, and both times the information provided in the listings has been completely misleading. • First, a studio advertised at £325k was pushed on me as £350k (apparrently the sellers would only take £350,000 but advertised it at a lower fee, fully wasting my time), with the agency claiming falsely that the space could be divided when a studio structurally can't be turned into a one bed, particularly considering how small that specific property was • Second, another property explicitly advertised as a share of freehold—confirmed multiple times by the agency, on the website listing AND on the Gov.uk title register—turned out to involve a proposed underlease, not the actual title, - NOT EVEN A LEASEHOLD - after I had already spent hundreds of pounds in legal fees to open the case as they refused to let me see the documents beforehand. This agency provided misleading information that caused unnecessary costs. Not posting in my name to protect my privacy but I would not recommend this agency to anyone and will never use them again

I can't even describe the night and day difference it was from a buyer point-of-view after having an initial offer fall through with a different agency. B&S were there every step of the way (special shout-out to Martine, who worked tirelessly as our sales progressor!) and everything felt so personal, even though I'm sure they have loads of cases on at once. As I was buying alone, I really appreciated having someone there to ask all the little questions. I had such a positive experience, I'll definitely look to use them when I'm in a position to sell. 12th Nov 2025 (20 weeks ago)KFH were great. We worked mainly with Lynden to find and secure a flat. Lynden was great all the way from arranging the viewings to getting us the flat to helping us settle in. He was super helpful and responsive as our main KFH rep.
21st Mar 2026 (12 days ago)We recently used Hunters to sell our flat in Hackney - can’t thank Shaheel and the team enough for the smooth process. Really knowledgeable about the area and local market. They were great at managing everything throughout, very proactive and kept us regularly updated on progress. We also had great support from the wider team with Sapphire managing the final sale process and Emma helping arrange quotes and recommendations for works. Would really recommend the team for property sales in the Stoke Newington/Hackney area!

The process had its challenges and took longer than expected, but the team were supportive throughout. A special thanks to Michael, whose excellent negotiation skills and genuine commitment made a real difference. Highly appreciated. We live miles away and remote sale worked well for us. The process was a success with good communication. Will definitely recommend them.

It was a lengthy and complex conveyance, and had it not been for Hiten's approach, it would have been a longer more stressful process. Hiten was professional, proactive and highly responsive. Even though clearly he was working in the sellers best interests, he dealt with all parties fairly and appropriately.
