Her genuine approach to estate agency makes the stressful process of flat hunting a whole lot easier. I would highly recommend Lydia, particularly if you are new to the London property market and would like to see a large selection before making a decision.

The whole process - including viewing the house, being given advice and liaising with the landlord - was handled smoothly by Cousins and we felt comfortable and clear on our situation all throughout. Claire was a massive help on this part. I can't even describe the night and day difference it was from a buyer point-of-view after having an initial offer fall through with a different agency. B&S were there every step of the way (special shout-out to Martine, who worked tirelessly as our sales progressor!) and everything felt so personal, even though I'm sure they have loads of cases on at once. As I was buying alone, I really appreciated having someone there to ask all the little questions. I had such a positive experience, I'll definitely look to use them when I'm in a position to sell.
