I have to say that, without the efforts, persistence and diligence of Claire at Savills, we don’t believe our purchase would have reached completion. 23rd Dec 2025 (29 days ago)Property is great, but whenever we experience a problem or issue, it always takes months to fix it or at least weeks to even get a response. I'm still waiting on my wardrobe door to be fixed that broke in September. I message them via WhatsApp asking for updates and can see that they have seen the messages but they don't reply back.

A special mention goes to Jo for conducting the sale of our property in Caversham Heights and to Liana for dealing with everything from when sale agreed.
16th Dec 2025 (5 weeks ago)I was a tenant and had a disappointing experience with this property agency. After moving out, I was charged an amount I felt was unreasonable, with no clear evidence provided to support the claim. The way the situation was handled raised concerns about professionalism. When I contacted my property manager, the conversation felt dismissive, and there was little willingness to discuss the matter, despite my agreement to settle the claim. After reading other Google reviews, it appears that similar concerns regarding staff attitude and customer experience have been raised by others as well. As a result, I would encourage prospective tenants to carefully consider their options before renting through this agency. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them. Good luck! P.S. Based on my experience, I would give zero star instead of one =X

25th Nov 2025 (8 weeks ago)We engaged Beville Estate Agency to sell our house in Kidmore End which we successfully sold. The entire team comprising Richard, Marcus Karen and Joe were absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. They helped when we had to put in a new drainage treatment plant, chased the Environmental Agency and kept the buyers informed on progress. We had two failed purchases and they remarketed with enthusiasm and also quickly found a new buyer. Their work does not stop when a sale is agreed. It only then starts as they then chase everyone to ensure momentum is maintained. We were so happy we even increased their fee which in itself speaks volumes of their service. We can’t recommend them highly enough. If you are considering selling you really must speak with them. They know the market intimately and give a great service. What they did for us was more than “sell your house”, they are a private local and highly motivated local company that is well respected and gets results.
22nd Dec 2025 (30 days ago)We recently bought our house from Farmer and Dyer and they were excellent in particular Simon. We had some uncertainty through the chain and he consistently went above and beyond to help even though this wasn’t his property but others in the chain. He always was responsive, proactive and made time to help and I think the main reason that everything worked out was because of him. Couldn’t recommend him and Farmer and Dyer enough!

7th Jan 2026 (14 days ago)We instructed Paul (a founding partner at Moveli) to sell our property in South West London. We were sold on the promise of a personalised, bespoke service that high-street agents couldn't match. In reality, the experience was the complete opposite. ?We constantly had to chase Paul for updates; it felt like we were project managing him rather than the other way around. He was difficult to contact and, concerningly, often seemed to be acting in the interest of our buyers rather than us, his clients. ?In the UK market, sales progression is vital, and this is where the service failed completely. The buyers pulled out two weeks before Christmas without warning. We suspect they were having similar communication issues, and we were shocked that Paul had absolutely no finger on the pulse to see this coming. This eventually caused our chain to collapse and our sellers to withdraw, leaving us out of pocket and having to start the sale and purchase process all over again. ?I strongly advise SW London sellers to avoid! RESPONSE TO MOVELI'S REPLY BELOW: Moveli’s response to this review actually highlights exactly why our experience was so poor. Regarding the timeline: We did lose an onward purchase 3 months into the process. At the time, Paul explicitly assured us that our buyers did not have an issue with this and were happy to continue with the purchase. If they were actually "concerned" as you now claim, Paul failed to communicate this to us or manage expectations. Regarding "access issues": Your reply mentions "delays and difficulties around access." This is the first we are hearing of this. We were never informed of any access issues during the sale. If these issues existed and were annoying the buyers, why did Paul not tell us? The fact that I am finding out about "access issues" and buyer dissatisfaction via a Google Review reply, months later, rather than from my agent during the sale, further reinforces the issues and communication failures I mentioned above.

Throughout the process we received prompt attention and a clear understanding of how the sales process was progressing. This enabled us to complete on the date originally proposed which was great.
