My property was under offer even before the photographer showed up. My solicitor and other agents also commented how pleasant it was dealing with them. Excellent service level; can't recommend them highly enough.

20th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I can’t speak highly enough of Albert Grace Estate Agent. The professionalism, knowledge and honesty are very much appreciated and respected. They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.

16th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Very professional Agent that truely helped me in the entire process to find an apartment from abroad. Abigail was a great support by providing very clear extended videos and explaining everything I needed to know to make the right decision. Also in the next steps regarding the contract she but also Vanessa were extremely helpful to make it all happen within 4 days. The quality but also the speed of their work were remarkable.
1st Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Veronika and Leanne couldn’t have been more helpful with a stressful move. Despite having to deal with differing timezones it was an incredibly smooth and seamless process. They were both accommodating and flexible and I ended up with a great flat. Available to answer any questions and even post-move, have made it clear they’re on hand to help. 10/10 service.

Renewal of my tenancy was handled quickly and professionally by my agent James. Looking forward to a continued tenancy!
18th Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)Hi all, If your reading this your probably considering a property with cubix or for cubix to manage your property - just avoid cubix at all costs for your own sake. I stayed in a flat with cubix for 1 year. I don't know where to start of the issues we had with them. There was just too many. A example, before we moved into the flat - we was ensured the flat would be professionally cleaned. We was abit worried as we seen mould and dirt within the inventory report but we was assured all will be cleaned by professionals and they will use high quality cleaning products. We moved into a very dirty flat such as food marks and stains in the kitchen, table, cobwebs around, hair. The flat was just not cleaned at all. I had to contact them and send pictures which it took more than 2 weeks to get a cleaner out. I was happy to know a professional cleaner is coming and I can be around..... the "professional cleaner" came in which was a young man in jeans, couldn't understand English and had only a backpack with him containing 2 sprays. Just a complete joke They are very unprofessional, if you want anything done or help with anything - you have to chase them more than once. Raste is the only person who can sort any problem and the team all seem clueless to what's going on. Glad I have nothing to do with them anymore. The landlord also changed agencies to manage his flat.

9th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Gracie and Tiffany did an excellent job assisting the sale of our flat. Market conditions were difficult and we initially had another agent market the property. The other agent failed to get many viewings but when Gracie/Tiffany became agents that changed; there was a significant uptick in viewings and much better communication. We unfortunately had a buyer pull out but Gracie/Tiffany found a new buyer almost immediately. They were very helpful throughout the sales process too and helped get it over the line. Would recommend.

Previously, many agencies were uninterested because we have a dog, but Mr. Kwang was very kind and did his best to talk to the landlord and give us the opportunity, and he was very attentive in resolving all of our concerns and keeping in touch. It was a pleasure meeting him and I'm glad Saks Agency has such a wonderful worker. Thank you very much

They were always on hand to help, professional, very proactive and a pleasure to deal with. They are by far the best estate agents around and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
14th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I have worked with Cityzen since 2006, having bought from them and now use them to find and manage tenants. More recently, I had a flat had the with a leak in the roof. COVID-19 and a painful freeholder meant it took ages to get sorted. Thankfully though, Danny and team at Cityzen were amazing. He kept on it for me, hammering away with contractors, insurance companies, even the managing agent, schooling them in how to get stuff done! Danny came through, putting in a super human effort to get the flat back on the market and let as quickly as possible! These guys are brilliant. 5*
15th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I contracted Davis & Gibbs to deal with the sale of my ex-rental studio flat in Kennington. Callum Brook was professional, realistic and really helpful throughout the process. As I no longer live in the UK, he sent me pictures of the flat, advised on which repairs were worth doing, got the meter readings, checked for mail, gave advice on how to deal with the formalities, etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Very shortly after the flat went back on the market (within about 10 days, I think), Callum got me an offer very close to the asking price which I was happy to accept, and the sale was completed recently. I am delighted with this result, especially at a time when the housing market is so unpredictable. I would not hesitate to use Davis & Gibbs again.
