25th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Rodrigo called me yesterday to arrange a viewing in Oval, with viewings organised between 1700 and 1800 for today. I confirmed 1745 on my day off. At 1649 I received an email confirming the viewing and requesting my phone number, despite calling me the day before. I received a phone call at 1722 to cancel the viewing from another agent, not sure who but she was apologetic and polite. I don’t believe for a minute it was due to the tenant cancelling half way through the viewing slot but Rodrigo not setting it up. The man didn’t even have the decency to call me and cancel himself. I wasted a two and a half hour round trip on my day off. Absolute clown behaviour. Thank you.

He kept me updated throughout and was always happy to answer any questions. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient estate agent!
28th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)I've been listing my property with Alina and her team for over 16 years. Always excellent tenants who often become friends and move on only when their circumstance change. The key is Chestertons Westminster & Pimlico listens to myself as a landlord - never talking over you as a landlord and accept that not every situation might suit what you are looking for. Five words that sum up their service, respectful, professional, resourceful, knowledgeable and consistent. They are with me for the "long game" in this property rollercoaster

The property was handed to us in a great condition. Ines and Sean have been really helpful in communication and checking in between us and the sellers. We are really happy with this purchase.

She took the time to really understand what we needed and was very thoughtful in bringing us the best deals and options on the market that suited us, rather than just pushing something generic. She is excellent at managing client relationships, and what made the biggest difference was how personally invested and supportive she was. She connected with us very naturally, showed real empathy, and helped guide us through some stressful moments with patience, reassurance, and professionalism. Working with her felt both efficient and genuinely human, and I would not hesitate to recommend her.

There were some quite difficult aspects involved and these were handled professionally, as well as courteously, by Andrea Frigo, the lead conveyancer. The result was a successful sale, satisfactory to all parties. We would not hesitate for a second to use this company again or to recommend it to others.
18th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)The flat we rent has been managed for several years by Stirling Ackroyd, and I’d like to acknowledge the ongoing support of David Umney in particular, whose speedy responses, great communication and readiness to address and resolve any issues when they (very rarely) come up has been so consistent and is hugely appreciated. David’s so approachable, and his professionalism and understanding goes a very long way in making renting with Stirling Ackroyd such a positive experience for us!

Although there is a parcel room and CCTV, thefts continue to occur, and the services included in our service charges do not appear to be fully effective in protecting residents. These ongoing issues leave me feeling unsafe in my own home. While I am still relatively new to the building, I hope the management company will take prompt and effective action to improve security. I trust that with proper measures, the building can become a safe and well-managed environment for all residents.

I've tried reaching out to you but you never answer left messages for Eric and Ezgi - UNPROFESSIONAL I understand you and some members where off sick but everytime I drove past your office I could see everyone in the office present and working just not answering my call or messages which makes it more unprofessional . I did CALL and try reach out to you and still no response i left whats app messages on two seperate occasions and two different people still no response so from my point of view I was certainly patient and went above and beyond to try get a response from you which never came until I left a review then the response came instantly My main purpose was to sell the property and whilst working with you I felt the only thing you wanted to do was rent my property out for short let's at rock bottom prices which I certainly said no too especially at the low ball figures you offered me( very low figures borderline disturbing) I'm glad I got my property sold with another agent I believe being honest and transparent is very important in this field which I believe in my opinion I didn't receive from you as an agent We all make mistakes if you owned the mistake and apolisged for ignoring me then we could have resolved this Instanly but to say people where sick when I could see them working in the office has certainly left me disappointed in my humble opinion

He made everything smooth and stress-free, with no delays or complications at any stage. All promises were kept, communication was clear, and he ensured that everything was handled properly and on time. The apartment was handed over in excellent condition, clean, and exactly as expected. It was clear that attention to detail and good management were a priority. I really appreciated how seamless the whole experience was, and I would definitely recommend Abu and Madison Brook to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient letting agent
