However, it took the buyers an age to exchange/ complete and AN did not appear to be particularly engaged in moving the sale process forward. I expected them to be more on top of buyer or to manage both parties expectations more actively.

4th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)has been abit of a rollercoaster with trying to get the sale moving and underway,but thanks to matteo and Alex neil, everything went according to plan. Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. 31st Jan 2026 (5 weeks ago)Have rented with Peach for 4+ years across two properties, and can only say good things about them. Super responsive, organised, understanding, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately this isn't that common in the London market, so it really stands out!!

Olivia is extremely knowledgeable about the local housing market, helping us come up with a suitable selling price. Ultimately we sold our house very quickly & at a price we were very happy with. Olivia was a real pleasure to work with during the whole process. I recommend both her and Marsh & Parsons very highly. I would use them again without hesitation for any future house moves.
10th Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Honestly had the BEST experience with Beaumont Gibbs, with extra special thanks to Luke who went ABOVE and BEYOND at every opportunity. He went out of his way to fight for us and find a way to get our offer accepted while keeping all parties happy! Answered millions of my panicked questions (some of which not even in his remit) and always took the time to explain things properly and mediate between parties with thoughtfulness and patience. He was a real anchor for us throughout the whole buying process, from mortgage questions, survey concerns, reno plans, and endless viewings, I really don't know how we would have got through it all without him. The team also work incredibly collaboratively, when Luke had days off, Paul and David were always straight on hand and knew exactly where to pick up from so that we didn't face any delays or drops in communication. I really can't thank you all enough! Would recommend this agency to EVERYONE!

Always happy to help and answer any questions - we feel very lucky the whole process felt seamless. Alex was a breath of fresh air compared to some other agents we dealt with - was very knowledgeable on the property, was able to give us useful insights to the local area and generally great to deal with!

19th Jan 2026 (6 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Duncan from Hasting International enough. From start to finish, he has been consistently professional, proactive, and genuinely helpful. He always goes out of his way to check in for updates on my mother's situation and makes sure I’m supported every step of the way, often offering further help without even being asked. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency, reliability, and such a personable approach so effortlessly. A huge credit to the company, and yes, an added bonus that he’s very easy on the eye too. Outstanding service all round

I have no idea how their Google rating isn't worse than this, they are consistently complained about on local WhatsApp groups. Until they get closed down - AVOID!

We couldn’t be more happier with the joint approach, a real credit to their company! Will definitely recommend!

2nd Feb 2026 (4 weeks ago)On a Saturday afternoon my husband and I spotted an amazing property really eager to view immediately before we made an offer on another home. That’s where Robert Stubbs our agent with Hamptons came to our rescue finding us a slot stretching beyond his working hours. He allowed us to do a detailed view and did not rush us at all. It allowed us to imagine how our daily lives would flow in that home vs others we had seen. We appreciate his willingness to help and coming through at a short notice. He was lovely to interact with.

4th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)I would never recommend someone to work with Johns and Co! I have had a tenant and without fail since the tenant has moved in the rent has never been paid on time. When they found this tenant they called me and pressured me everyday to say this would be a good tenant and how he was a student abroad and the country the student was from a country where they paid for their accommodation. There is not one month I have received this rent on time! I can’t stress enough do not use Johns and Co at no circumstance if you don’t want to be ripped off and stressed out!

Jean Vallesi was our agent, and he was superb in providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth move in. The experience with Jean and Chestertons was much smoother than any of the previous letting agencies I have dealt with, and would highly recommend them to assist anyone in finding their next home!

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They were always available to resolve issues, answer our questions, and calm any concerns.
