I used them after picking a cheaper agent first, who didn't have any success, and the general experience was pretty underwhelming. Acorn were proactive - they got me 3 offers the first weekend my property was on the market (the previous agent had it for 6 months with no offers!). Great communication and the whole thing was really very smooth.

13th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)I have been looking to rent a flat in South East London. I registered with Galloways because I knew they were a local independent agent with good knowledge of the area. Aston arranged a viewing on a flat in Penge. He let me take my time to walk around the flat and take photos. He was also very patient in answering my many questions. Penge is not an area I know well, so Aston thoughtfully suggested if I wanted to get a coffee there is a cafe and garden centre in the area, he showed me on the map and even walked me in that direction. This was such a thoughtful and helpful thing to do, and helped me to get more familiar with what is available in the area. Very different to some agents who seem to be in a rush to get to their next appointment and dont have time to answer all my questions. I have already recommended Galloways to a friend who might be looking to sell her house and buy something else in the area.

He was very friendly and accommodating with my viewing in a group. He was also candid and gave honest advice on things he felt are good/bad personally. Would highly recommend!
5th May 2024 (12 weeks ago)Capital Estate Agents Bromley are undoubtedly the best estate agents we've ever worked with. While we were in South Africa, my wife and I had everything sorted—work contracts, visas, finances—everything a landlord could hope for. However, as soon as estate agents heard we were moving from overseas, they would end the call. Out of 30 people we contacted, only Capital Estate Agents Bromley, specifically Ryan, took the time to speak with us. We recently had a second viewing with Derek, which was handled very professionally. They always dress impeccably and speak well-pronounced English, which is quite rare these days.

17th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)Diabolical: I rent out my flat through Mann, and the service over the past year has been a shambles. They never answer their phone or emails, and I have had a endless list of problems trying to ensure the check out of the property is completed so the tenants can be returned any deposit. I pay high management fees but I always seem to have to constantly fix their mess. Very high management turnover does not help the situation. Big security concerns including loosing keys and keys being left in unlocked drawers really make me loose all confidence in the company.- 7th May 2024 (12 weeks ago)A fantastic group of professionals! We mainly dealt with Scott, who was quick to action any of our needs and took a proactive approach to take the stress out of the process. Thanks to Mann (and Scott) we now live in a fantastic property that suits our needs. Thank you!
