He is knowledgeable about the local area and the property market, and it is clear that he knows what he is doing. He listens to your concerns and always does his best to find the right solution.<br>John was great in communication and kept me informed every step of the way. He even answered my call while he was on sick leave. He liaised effectively with both solicitors and the buyer, and I always felt that my sale was in the right hands and that he was on top of everything.<br>Everyone had told me to expect a long and stressful process, but with John by my side, it was smooth, straightforward, and much quicker than I expected. I am extremely pleased with his service and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Their marketing and photographs were excellent, they achieved the price we wanted and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Very pleased indeed and thoroughly recommend Jake and his Team.

13th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Extremely poor service from Jacob. Decided upon himself to alter the asking price without our consent. No apology when questioned. Very defensive attitude. Such a shame as the owner was very apologetic on his behalf and showed way more professionalism. Please learn to own your mistakes. Breach of contract so when we asked for an email to be sent to us removing our house sale and any liability when moving on to another agent he made excuses as being to busy to send a simple email. Really disappointing service and more concerning his attitude. Two days on and we are still waiting on the email!

21st Jul 2026 (14 days ago)I had an extremely disappointing experience with this estate agency and would strongly encourage anyone considering renting, buying or selling through them to think carefully.<br>After progressing through the rental application process, our application was withdrawn at the very last minute with little communication or explanation. We were then told that the landlord wanted to increase the rent. Despite agreeing to the higher rent to avoid losing the property, the agency failed to keep us informed of the outcome or provide any meaningful updates.<br>The lack of communication and consideration caused an incredible amount of unnecessary stress. We have two young children and had spent the weekend preparing for our move. We were around 90% packed and ready to leave, only to be left in limbo with no answers.<br>To make matters worse, I submitted a formal complaint about how the situation was handled, but no proper complaints procedure has been followed and no genuine attempt has been made to address or resolve my concerns.<br>I understand that landlords can change their minds and that not every tenancy proceeds as planned. However, the way this agency handled the situation was unprofessional, inconsiderate and lacking in basic communication. A simple update or honest explanation would have made a significant difference.<br>Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this agency. If you're looking to rent, buy or sell through them, be aware that communication and customer care may fall well below what you would reasonably expect.
28th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Worst service and they are scammers. If you pay rent on time they wont fix anything and took my entire deposit. Had a balacony issue for 4 years and no one even came to fix it says the balacony door manufactorer is from another area

What an unforgettable customer service experience, for all the wrong reasons.<br>Lisa France somehow managed to make me feel like I was inconveniencing her simply by calling. She was blunt, dismissive, and came across as though she couldn’t wait to get me off the phone. Any hope of actually receiving help disappeared within minutes.<br>If you’re looking for someone who makes you feel like your concerns are a burden rather than their job, then you’ve come to the right place. It’s genuinely impressive how someone working in customer service can make a customer feel so unwelcome.<br>Needless to say, I won’t be dealing with her again

I have bought 3 Hands off investments and had great experience rents paid on time & no headache as they promised me. I get amazing rents that I didn’t know were even possible. I have also used them for selling & they were fabulous ! Recommended the investments to my colleagues also who have had similar experiences. Opa are quite different to other agents. They love what they do and are very good at it. I would specifically like to thank Zara she is literally amazing. So knowledgeable, she always wants to help and protect you. She gives very honest advice that guy can 100% trust. Even if there’s a problem. Or a stress during the conveyancing she is there fighting for you and taking the stress away.

From start to finish, the whole journey has been fantastic, and the level of service has been far beyond what I expected.<br><br>A special thank you to Fran, who has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Her communication has been clear, honest and consistent every step of the way. Unlike your average estate agent, Fran genuinely cares about her clients and always went out of her way to keep me updated even when there wasn’t much to report. I never had to chase for information because she was always one step ahead, making sure I knew exactly what was happening.<br><br>There were never any pressure tactics just honest advice, professionalism, and genuine support from someone who clearly takes pride in her work. A huge credit also goes to Fran’s wonderful team, who were equally friendly, helpful and professional throughout. It’s clear they all work together to provide an exceptional service and truly put their clients first.<br><br>If you’re looking to buy or sell a property, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
