I have to say that Andrew and Keisha were fabulous from the start. We were kept updated with progress and treated with care and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We would highly recommend to anyone considering selling via Auction!

13th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Extremely poor service from Jacob. Decided upon himself to alter the asking price without our consent. No apology when questioned. Very defensive attitude. Such a shame as the owner was very apologetic on his behalf and showed way more professionalism. Please learn to own your mistakes. Breach of contract so when we asked for an email to be sent to us removing our house sale and any liability when moving on to another agent he made excuses as being to busy to send a simple email. Really disappointing service and more concerning his attitude. Two days on and we are still waiting on the email!

Although our tenant pays the rent on time every month, this company delivers the rent to us with a significant delay. This month, it's been over 15 days and they still haven't sent the rent. Despite repeatedly trying to contact them via email, I receive no response. Furthermore, they are not properly managing processes for us (such as municipal taxes and electricity bills), and because we are unaware of these bills, they have put us in a position where we may face legal action.
28th May 2026 (22 days ago)Worst service and they are scammers. If you pay rent on time they wont fix anything and took my entire deposit. Had a balacony issue for 4 years and no one even came to fix it says the balacony door manufactorer is from another area

I lived in their property for 2 years and I can say that they are experts in maintenance. I recommend them highly to any homeowner or tenant.
