I have found them to be very honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable and they are always very polite and courteous to deal with. They supported me through the whole process and were always very responsive to any questions that I had. A special thanks to Karen C, David and Abbie who all played a part in my sale and I am very grateful to the whole team.

31st May 2025 (11 mo. ago)We used “Which” to find out the best performing local agents, of these we approached Greenwoods first as they have an office within walking distance. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient from the start, and Branch Manager, Phil Marsh, took us through every step of the process. From then on, Phil kept us informed and responded to all of our queries. He consistently provided all the assistance we needed to obtain a sale. We would recommend the Wells Road branch without hesitation.

28th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)I honestly can’t recommend Maisie and Mollie at Allen & Harris highly enough. Moving can be such a stressful process, but they both made everything feel so much easier from beginning to end. A special mention has to go to Maisie, who genuinely has the patience of a saint. I know I’m not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to things like this. I was constantly calling, emailing and asking all sorts of questions but she handled me perfectly every single time. She was always calm, reassuring, and never once made me feel like I was being a nuisance. Both Maisie and Mollie were always friendly, approachable and happy to help, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They kept me updated throughout, answered everything quickly, and made sure I always knew what was going on. What really stood out was how caring and supportive they both were. It never felt like I was just another client, and it was clear they genuinely wanted everything to go as smoothly as possible for me. Their professionalism, patience and communication were excellent, and I’m so grateful for all of their hard work. Thank you both for making what could have been a very stressful experience such a positive one. I would highly recommend Maisie and Mollie to anyone looking for estate agents who are not only efficient and knowledgeable, but also genuinely lovely people to deal with.

Any communications I’ve had with the staff at the branch has been excellent (special mention to Anne and Matthew) for answering my queries efficiently and promptly. They’ve made what was a stressful process, incredibly smooth! I would happily recommend the Northwood branch to anyone.

16th May 2026 (8 days ago)Having changed agents to Boardwalk, I have been impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. The pictures of my property were fantastic and felt would resonate with buyers looking at other properties with Boardwalk. Since agreeing a sale, the rest of the process has been well supported by Sophie, ensuring updates between myself and my buyers. I would certainly contact Boardwalk for any future house moves.
30th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)Honestly do not bother using Taylors on Sandy Park Road. Hands down the worst estate agents we've ever used. Terrible communication: A viewing for our property was booked by the manager Tom without even consulting us. I also had to chase to get responses to easy questions from him who, if I'm honest, sounded like he just couldn't care less about selling our property. No attention to detail: No sale board for the property was put up in the first week of the property going live. I had to chase to get this up. Pretty basic. After 2 weeks of the property being live it wasn't in the window of their shop. Again we had to ask for this to happen. Shouldn't be having to do that. We asked to receive a rightmove report every Friday and were assured we would get it. At the start I never received it so again had to chase. I had to do this again at least another time. On the termination of contract document the wrong dates were added....the list continues. So many things can go wrong when buying and selling so to not feel like your estate agent can be trusted with basic tasks leaves you feeling incredibly frustrated and like you have to micromanage to ensure they've got the basics right. Ridiculous. Unfortunately for Taylors the proof was in the pudding, my property was up on the market from October - January with no offers at the right price. After months of frustration with the communication and customer experience from Taylors and just the general feeling that we were completely wasting our time we went with Boardwalk and within 1 week of switching over to them the property was sold over the asking price and it's been a great customer experience with them. That sale has since completed. This is unfortunately a classic case of you get what you pay for.

14th May 2026 (10 days ago)You emailed congratulating us on the sale but we haven’t sold our house. We have just moved agents. Pros: good pictures, Jon is friendly and agreeable. Easy process of getting the house on the market. Cons: I can’t say there was anything standout about Garrett & Bradley, they booked some viewings and listed the property online. I didn’t feel as if they were going above and beyond and felt I was having to do a lot of chasing to get information and to lead on price reduction conversations. It almost felt like I was selling through purple bricks just without having to do the viewings. The final price drop we did there wasn’t a single viewing for 3 weeks after the price drop, we then decided to move agents to see if we could have better luck elsewhere.

Andy & Nicola are immediately responsive & so easy to contact, they prioritise weekend viewings & are very flexible. I couldn't recommend them more. They sold our house & we moved within just a few short weeks which was incredible! Thank you both for your dedication & personal service.
