From start to finish, the whole team went above and beyond to support us through what can be a very stressful moving process.<br><br>A special thank you to Lynne, who even worked on her day off to help get our move over the line. She found us a new removal company at the last minute, chased solicitors, and did everything she could to make sure everything stayed on track. We honestly don't know what we would have done without her.<br><br>We'd also like to thank Robin, who was with us every step of the way, from our very first viewing right through to moving day. His support, communication, and reassurance throughout the entire process was outstanding.<br><br>The level of customer service we received was exceptional, and we always felt like we were in safe hands.

31st May 2025 (1 year ago)We used “Which” to find out the best performing local agents, of these we approached Greenwoods first as they have an office within walking distance. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient from the start, and Branch Manager, Phil Marsh, took us through every step of the process. From then on, Phil kept us informed and responded to all of our queries. He consistently provided all the assistance we needed to obtain a sale. We would recommend the Wells Road branch without hesitation.

All communication was clear and without delay when there was an update or question. My house sold within a week of going on the market at a difficult time in the Bristol housing market, and the sale went through smoothly. Boardwalk are miles ahead of the game in terms of Bristol Estate agents. Couldn't recommend more highly. Thank you to the whole team.

Really nice guy — he let us take our time, was already at the property when we arrived, had everything unlocked and ready, and answered all of our questions. It might sound simple because it’s their job, but as a developer I view a lot of properties, and the difference in service really stood out. So many agents haven’t even visited the property beforehand, can’t answer basic questions like where the boiler is, tell you to email the office for everything, and try to rush the viewing. Theo was the complete opposite — professional, helpful, and genuinely easy to deal with. 5 stars from me ????????????

From the very first conversation with Evie and then Jess the team were professional, proactive, and genuinely invested in making the whole process as smooth as possible.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Simon as we had a few issues with our property and we feel Simon went above and beyond, so much so it felt like a friend who wanted to see you succeed. His communication, honest advice, and a calm, reassuring presence at every stage.<br><br>What really stood out was how the whole experience felt. No pushiness, no generic sales talk—just real people who clearly care about doing a great job, constant updates chased things when needed, and made what was a stressful process feel surprisingly straightforward.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. 20th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)When I decided to sell my house, I had a few quotes from local agents. Andy at Moving You and his team were by far the front runners. He was professional, approachable and no question was too much. From start to finish the process was seamless and user friendly. There was nothing hidden everything was clearly communicated with you. If I hadn't moved from the area I would definitely use Andy again and wouldn't hesitate to recommended him to anyone else.

The only drawback for us was the intense heat, one of the hottest weekends of the year. There was plenty of airflow with the windows open, we did have a balcony, so a little outdoor space too.
17th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
