Tanyas communication and negotiation with the chain when no one was conversing through their solicitors was invaluable and over and above what she should have had to do. Tanya’s unrelenting tenacity, attention to detail and continuous investment in the sale has been outstanding and very much appreciated. I highly recommend Edison Ford…. 28th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Charged far too much for maintenance jobs and then not done properly. Con artists trying always to get your money. Maintenance jobs are made up to make money from you and then use masking tape to fix things. Would not recommend

Leigh detailed the entire process, including market trends, helping us understand the best time to buy. For example, they accurately predicted a price drop in our preferred neighborhood, allowing us to make a timely purchase.

They have outstanding local knowledge and gave well reasoned advice on how to market our property at the correct price, and how to present it well. We had a drawn-out chain with delays on the purchase side that were completely outside their control, and they kept our buyers on board through all of it. They were always quick to respond, extremely helpful and personable and across all the details. Really grateful — would recommend without hesitation.

Continued to wait another 45 mins no link sent. Rang twice, No answer, quite annoyed. hasn't filled me with much confidence as a first time buyer. Thanks for wasting my time.

I arrived late and they cooked me a delicious meal and kept it hot for me for when I got there well after dinner service in the tavern had ended. I was treated with such consideration and love I would definitely return if I ever need a room in Bristol. Thank you Alice on the bar and Ben the chef. You’re gems.
11th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I really enjoyed the viewing experience with Michael. We got the call the next day morning after submitting the an enquiry the night before. Michael was very accommodating and arranged a viewing for us on the same day. In person he was professional, friendly and genuine, which is hard to come by in this industry. Although we didn't make any offer at this time I would love to still work with him in the future and definitely highly recommend his service.
