They have repeatedly delivered excellent professional service when the markets have been both buoyant and not. They go the extra mile and are incredibly accommodating. I only once used another agent who over promised and then under delivered. I changed to Carter Jonas again (they were very gracious) as a result I had a buyer within days of the instruction.

Jennifer Catchpole handled our sale and she was just excellent along with all her collegues. Communication was excellent from the start and they made the whole process so much easier for us. Thank you ever so much for all your efforts we both really appreciate it.

He provided a thorough, clear and highly professional surveyor’s report, explaining details I hadn’t even considered, including the impact on rebuild costs. Efficient, knowledgeable and easy to deal with throughout. Highly recommended.
