We originally went to view a different property, but Martin mentioned that another house would soon be coming onto the market. After viewing it, we fell in love with it and ultimately went on to buy it, so we’re really grateful that he brought it to our attention.<br><br>From the very beginning, Martin was knowledgeable, approachable and a pleasure to deal with. He was never pushy and always made us feel comfortable throughout the process. He went above and beyond to help things progress, regularly communicating with the vendors and both sets of solicitors, particularly when things were moving more slowly than expected.<br><br>Martin and his colleague Mark were instrumental in helping to keep the purchase on track when delays from the solicitors threatened to slow things down. Martin was also a great help when our structural survey raised a few points of concern, liaising with the vendors on our behalf and helping us work through the issues.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Martin or Ashton White to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Excellent service from start to finish, and a real credit to the estate agency. Thank you, Martin and Mark, for all your help in getting us into our new home!

20th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)If only all estate agents were like Elliott & Smith<br>We recently sold our property with Elliott & Smith and we really appreciated the friendly, efficient and professional manner of all the staff regarding viewings and the whole sales process, we were always kept informed.<br>Zuhre especially, helped us from the day we decided to sell right through to getting the exchange/completion date agreed.<br>Moving is very stressful but Elliott & Smith definitely made it a lot easier it’s just a shame we couldn’t find the right house to buy through them.

15th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Here is a brief outline of the goings one which happened while the property was still under my ownership. 1 The keys to the property were given out on an adhoc basis to various trades employed by the potential new owners. 2 Potential new owners demolished part of the property 3 Potential new owners started decorating the property 4 Potential new owners gained access to the property without my approval on various occasions All in all a pretty pi## poor performance all round, when I emailed my complaint, never heard a word back , I strongly suspect the email never made it to the bosses in box or he/she didn't give a toss
13th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)Fennwright as not acted in my best interest upon end of tenancy. I paid my rents and never delayed a minute and when I ended my tenancy upon expiration of agreement, I was presented a bill of £505 which I found to be unfair to me. I contacted Fennwright and it’s clear my opinion and interest doesn’t matter to them except for that of the landlord. I am also your client and deserve better treatment. Not sure I can deal with Fennwright again because it’s clear they are on the side of the landlord and not the tenants
25th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We asked Beresfords in Maldon to help us sell my father’s property and from the outset we found all the team compassionate and respectful of this difficult time for us.<br><br>Nic came to value the property and we immediately felt that we had made the right decision. The team handled all the viewings for us and contacted us regularly with updates and we were so pleased to receive several offers within a couple of weeks.<br><br>Special thanks to Nic, Olivia and Neil who managed the sale through to completion.<br><br>I would highly recommend Beresfords in Maldon for their professional and expert service.

They made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free.<br><br>I can’t recommend The Property Specialists highly enough. A genuine 5-star service from start to finish.

14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Would not recommend. I’ve been a customer in various properties for over 10 years. Service charges aren’t justified. They make amounts up, charge you for them and don’t carry out the work. Multiple other tenants I know have said the same about them. Despite a decade-long relationship, if you owe them £1, they will send out bailiffs without warning.

They did a wonderful job marketing our property, with beautiful photographs and a virtual tour that really showcased our home.<br><br>They also marketed the property we were purchasing and were brilliant throughout the process. Lucie is absolutely fantastic aswell as Lorraine and Simon. If I ever decide to sell my property I will 100% use S J Warren. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. 17th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Bairstow eves helped us from the beginning...The good thing is though we didn't find our suitable home via bairstow eves but we chose to stick with there mortgage advisor Silvan...She is really caring and gave a lot of attention in our case to secure a house and mortgage and helped us to do all the paperworks easily... Though it was long journey but Silvan really made it so easy and clear for us...She guided us and helped us to know all the risk factors and everything...we got a good amount of mortgage money for our first home and we are really pleased for her services...I recommend silvan as a mortgage advisor to everyone...
