From the moment of contact, Danny was reassuring, supportive and confident that he would help us secure a buyer for our property which he did quickly. He has fanastic knowledge of the market and strategy for both selling and buying property. After securing a buyer for our property, Danny went on to provide us with key advice and support in the negotiation of our new property. 30th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)We have been impressed with the way that Palmers have handled the sale of the property providing expert knowledge of the area and market as well as supporting us to get the house ready for sale. We do not live in the area so their expertise was very much appreciated. The sale was due to a very recent bereavement and they were extremely empathetic recognising it’s been a difficult period.
26th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)The whole team at Fenn Wright in Manningtree have been excellent from start to finish in helping us buy our new house. Kaleigh in particular was very quick to give us updates, call to check-in and didn't leave us waiting at the end of the phone in what can be a quite stressful process. She spoke to the solicitors and translated a lot of the complex legal terms into plain English for us which was greatly appreciated. I have nothing but good things to say about the team and would like to thank them for all of their hard work!

Within hours he called us with the valuation explaining exactly why it was that price and then explained the process / options and gave us time to work through the the best route to take. An absolute 5* star service and I would not hesitate to contact them to sell my property. Thank you Nick absolutely great service.

They have been so patient with us, more than accommodating and fitting us in such late notice for a viewing which I really appreciated! I would recommend to both buyers and sellers. We had quite the ride with a few bumps in the road along the way (general conveyance) but they sold my house within 2 days … Lewis and Jake were great - Karen was with me every step of the way and took control of the other agents, my buyers and solicitor. we spoke weekly and thankfully everything pulled together and worked out, I now site in my new home extremely happy ! If I ever need to sell again, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Grace estate agents again. Thanks all
3rd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)It is easy to give a 5-star review when everything is straightforward, but the real test is how people handle things when a purchase becomes difficult.<br><br>Towards the end of our purchase, there were some unforeseen circumstances that made the process more challenging. However, the team at Fine & Country were excellent throughout and really helped keep things moving so the purchase could complete.<br><br>Rachele in particular was fantastic, professional, proactive, supportive and genuinely helpful when it mattered most.<br><br>Thank you to Rachele and the Fine & Country team. We really appreciate everything you did to help get this over the line.
