She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

From the very beginning, the team was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Buying a house can be a stressful process, but they made everything much smoother with their excellent communication and support throughout. A special thank you to Caroline, who went above and beyond to assist us at every stage. Her dedication, patience, and prompt responses kept us informed and reassured throughout the purchase. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her positive attitude made a real difference during what can often be a challenging journey. 1st Jul 2026 (12 weeks ago)We would recommend Percival's to anyone needing property management or to sell a property. Georgina and team manage 2 properties for us and we recently decided to sell one of them following the end of one of the tenancies. Georgina was extremely helpful in guiding us on how best to prepare for the sale and then actively managed all aspects of the process leading to a successful sale at the price we sought to first time buyers. While the property was empty and prior to the sale the hot water tank burst which was only apparent when the water company alerted us to unusual water consumption. Not living locally Georgina offered to drop by and investigate on our behalf to find that not only had the tank burst but the water was in danger of causing a fire with the electrics. The team drained the system and made safe before arranging for repairs to the plumbing and the electrics to be safety checked. We are hugely appreciative of all the service we receive from the Percival's team who constantly go above and beyond and would recommend them to anyone seeking a property agent in the area.

19th Apr 2026 (22 weeks ago)I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone as they were deliberately ruined my almost done deal with the landlord a commercial property in Halstead High street Without valid reason the agent cancelled my application and r relisted The property with higher rent All credit checks done and full deposit was made on December 2025 And cancelled on April 2026 Ridiculous amount of time was wasted by this agent very unprofessional , Agent were Demanding more security for Landlord even I offered 6months of Deposits But not respected, Landlord was happy But not the agent, Because of thir Greed they wanted to increase rent and finaly they relisted with higher rent asking AVOID THEM
25th Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)I’d have had an easier time getting blood out of a stone than getting my own deposit back.<br><br>My tenancy ended, yet Gray & Co withheld my entire deposit while they waited for quotes and paperwork. Not a penny of the undisputed funds was released, and I eventually had to start the MyDeposits dispute process myself.<br><br>I was even encouraged to agree to deductions to “avoid going to dispute” and warned that if I did dispute, the landlord would ask for even more.<br><br>If your idea of good customer service is endless chasing, shifting goalposts and fighting for your own money, you’ll feel right at home. Everyone else should look elsewhere.

From start to finish, the entire process was managed with professionalism and care. Matt did an outstanding job with the photography; his eye for detail is exceptional. He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the property is presented in the best possible light. Tracy managed our sale and after-sales process, and she was truly exceptional. She was always on top of everything, consistently keeping all parties informed and ensuring communication was prompt and clear. Her efficiency made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-organised. Having used another agency for a separate property sale, we can confidently say that Fenn Wright stands out as the best. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!

29th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)My experience with Danny Fisher and Fisher Estates has been extremely disappointing.<br><br>Communication has been consistently poor, with emails often ignored for weeks. On one occasion I had six emails unanswered, and as I write this my latest email has been ignored for over 6 weeks.<br><br>I paid for a full management service but received very little management. Over more than two years I received only one inventory report. On another occasion I was sent the inventory report for an entirely different property, and despite raising this, I never received the correct report. I also received no regular inspection photos, videos or property updates.<br><br>I remain £300 out of pocket following a cleaning deduction that still hasn’t been properly explained or supported with invoices, despite repeated requests.<br><br>After exhausting the company’s complaints process, I have now referred the matter to The Property Ombudsman. This review reflects my own experience.
