5th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)This company does not refund your refundable deposit and charge you in fees when doing a reference check. I suspect they did not even do a credit check and just bank every applicants deposit knowing full well there is no properties for rent. I suspect this is a scam and I had to make multiple calls and even promises to drop by their office. I would advise you all to have caution when dealing with this company.

25th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)Property was on market for a year had two prospective buyers who pulled - Once Perry ( Branch Manager Sutton ) took over with his expertise and knowledge property was soon put back on market - was sold in three weeks by Thomas they both worked as a team guiding me through the steps of a Probate Sale - Communication by way of phone calls/Emails was second to none Sale went through within three months they worked hard for me. Thank you both Perry & Thomas - Christie’s Sutton is highly recommended by myself

A friend who was a pleased client suggested using an independent agency, iPropertyuk . I'm pleased to report that within a few weeks, my property was rented at the asking price, and I saved several hundred pounds on commission.

2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)They made the process so much longer than it needed to be. Those in the office had no clue what they were doing. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I was told to go back and forth because of documents that they already had. Trash and do not recommend

We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. They were extremely helpful with the initial valuation and we always got feedback from viewings. They were also on hand to accommodate us logistically for the viewings. After we found the buyer they were always responsive and helpful to any questions we had. A sale can be stressful but they made our lives a lot easier with constant, helpful and responsive communication. 10/10
