5th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)Would give them 0 stars if I could, don't waste your time with these fools. Chris is by far the most idiotic and incompetent letting agent i've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We (me and my boyfriend) were in our flat about a year. We left as it was just completely uninhabitable and made our lives a misery being there.<br><br>Our biggest gripe with this flat were the windows. All metal frames, window sills were rotten and the seals around the glass had wasted away, plus the windows never shut properly so air was always coming in. In winter, it meant we had constant mould problems all over the flat and water literally dripping down the walls because it was constantly cold, despite heating the flat for a few hours a day. We asked for new windows and the landlord never went through with the repairs even though multiple window companies and Brian Thomas' own contractors said it was essential to have done. A window fitter came over FOUR TIMES to measure and get a quote so it wasted our time massively. I find this behaviour absolutely shocking from the landlord, but not unsurprising letting your tenants live in a flat so cold you could see your breath because you can't be bothered to fix the windows. Chris accused us of not heating the property which simply isn't true. Then in the summer, the living room which faced the sun all day reached over 30 degrees at times and we had to use the spare bedroom instead as it was uninhabitable. Although the windows were not Brian Thomas's decision ultimately, we took Chris to the Property Redress Scheme due to his complete negligence to address this issue properly and take it to the landlord / chase him which took over 6 months for any resolution. He never provided any evidence on his end as a rebuttal (because he never answered his emails) and we won the case by a landslide. Thanks for paying £550 towards my holiday!<br><br>Getting our deposit back, he took over 2 weeks to respond to our emails about vacating the property with evidence, we left that flat in better condition than it was presented to us in. They said they "needed" the closing bills (against the law by the way), we sent them and then it was radio silence. We had to get a statutory declaration form sorted and eventually got the money back after 2 months. Such a joke.<br><br>Chris, you are a disgrace and you should be ashamed of yourself for the way you treat your tenants. Illegally withholding money from people who did everything they were supposed to and left the flat in great condition is beyond unacceptable behaviour. NEVER go with Brian Thomas if you want to save your sanity, I'd rather be homeless than rent with them ever again. Chris is known to respond to these reviews with a half arsed attempt at a witty comeback, it'll give me a laugh if nothing else to see what he has to say.

They kept me fully informed of the status of the transaction and were always responsive to my queries. I’d happily recommend them to anyone considering selling or letting their property.

She was exceptionally professional, helpful and responsive, always replying promptly and keeping us updated at every stage.<br><br>Her communication, attention to detail and follow-up were outstanding, and she made the whole process smooth and straightforward.<br><br>We genuinely appreciate all her hard work and would highly recommend Daniella and CSJ.

They were efficient and considerate when issues needed to be addressed and always gave plenty of notice if a visit was necessary for maintenance or utility or property inspection. I can highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable letting agency.

In particular, Liam’s support, all the way from the initial viewing, to moving in has been stellar. We did not experience a single headache, and I attribute that largely to his attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile.

After our offer got accepted everything went smoothly and we've been getting a great service since then.
8th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Wasted trip to a viewing. Booked with Kingsbury but the vendor wasn't informed and no estate agent showed up to do the viewing. The vendor happened to be at home and putting out their rubbish. I spoke to them and they said they had not been informed of any viewing booked. When I called the office, got the response 'I'm on a skiing holiday right now, why don't you knock on the door and ask the owner if you can look around'. I informed them that was a dangerous and ridiculous thing to ask a buyer to do. He then said, 'it doesn't look like anyone is coming to do the viewing and I can't get through to them as they are all doing viewings'. Waste of time.

The communication is clear, the management of viewings is controlled and the feedback is considered and always well received. My partner suggested we go with Paul Oshea and it was the best decision. I would most definitely recommend.

We were in another property and when that landlord sold, they were extremely supportive about helping us into another property nearby. They always go above and beyond to help, are quick to service issues and really friendly. Special mention to David Hackshaw for being the best! After 10 years renting, they are without a shadow of a doubt the best agency I've ever had and after many subpar rental experiences, they have restored my faith in agencies. Thank you, Northwoods!

When it was time to manage my father's estate and sell the family home I absolutely knew I needed to ring Dean and ask him to manage the sale for us. Dean, as always was honest, responsive, patient (!) and professional throughout the process. Dierdre is an amazing communicator, link person to all parties, and as a team they are simply the best!<br><br>The family thought the sale would be a challenge in the current selling climate but as always Dean and Dierdre rose to this and proved us wrong. Their skill in matching the property to the buyer cannot be understated and they make it look so easy. It is a quality that they possess that many other agents do not. They take a personal interest in the vendor and purchaser and are always available, day or night to provide their professional advice and guidance.<br><br>If you are looking to sell or buy a home - choose Ewe Move, you will be very glad you did!

Her service is directed entirely towards accommodating the client's specific needs and circumstances, which could be complex. But her management knowledge and skills always find a solution - it is a quality of service we could only wish for nowadays. Would recommend her to anyone!
