21st Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Excellent service from Andrews Morden<br><br>Andrews handled the sale of our family property in Poplar Road, and I was very pleased with the service provided.<br><br>The sale wasn't entirely straightforward, with an initial buyer falling through and some complications along the way. Throughout the process, the team remained professional, helpful and persistent in getting things back on track.<br><br>Communication was good, and I appreciated their advice, patience and efforts in securing a new buyer and progressing the sale through to completion.<br><br>Selling a property as part of a family estate can be particularly demanding, so having an experienced and supportive estate agent made a real difference.<br><br>Many thanks to the team at Andrews. I would happily recommend them.

She was exceptionally professional, helpful and responsive, always replying promptly and keeping us updated at every stage.<br><br>Her communication, attention to detail and follow-up were outstanding, and she made the whole process smooth and straightforward.<br><br>We genuinely appreciate all her hard work and would highly recommend Daniella and CSJ.

7th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made. They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken. Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional. We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.

5th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)Kim and Louise were great, they kept us well informed about the sale and any problems that occurred, they worked with us all through the sale, although they didn't manage to sell the land , due to certain issues, they guided us to their partners who auctioned it off for me, i would definitely use them again thank you both

8th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Wasted trip to a viewing. Booked with Kingsbury but the vendor wasn't informed and no estate agent showed up to do the viewing. The vendor happened to be at home and putting out their rubbish. I spoke to them and they said they had not been informed of any viewing booked. When I called the office, got the response 'I'm on a skiing holiday right now, why don't you knock on the door and ask the owner if you can look around'. I informed them that was a dangerous and ridiculous thing to ask a buyer to do. He then said, 'it doesn't look like anyone is coming to do the viewing and I can't get through to them as they are all doing viewings'. Waste of time.

The communication is clear, the management of viewings is controlled and the feedback is considered and always well received. My partner suggested we go with Paul Oshea and it was the best decision. 22nd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Absolutely abysmal service. They cannot even answer qurstions or reply to prospective customers so how on earth would they treat any potential buyer of a property you list with them. Continually ask for answers and chase but no replies.
10th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)POOR MANAGEMENT and failure to provide Full tenancy file including the documents of All referencing documents or confirmation that none was sought Guarantor documentation or confirmation that none was sought Inspection logs or confirmation that none are available -one after 9mths-much damage to the property All compliance certificates and dates of service -failure to issue the correct and necessary documents to the tenant resulting in a void section 21 Complaints handling records - failure to respond to complaints Internal notes relating to the tenancy Copies of all communications with the tenant They redress scheme membership details - YET TO KNOW IF THEY BELONG

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. They were always responsive and listened carefully to our needs, patiently answering any questions or clarifications. During the early days of lockdown in 2020, I had a problem with the heating and wrote an email. Mark called me a couple of times over the weekend to reassure me everything would be sorted, and he followed up once it was fixed. When we came to the end of our tenancy after 8 years, the process was smoother than I could have hoped for. Kenyons kept us updated throughout and made sure the deposit was repaid on time. I'd recommend Kenyons for their professional service in the lettings industry, and I'm grateful to the whole team.

When it was time to manage my father's estate and sell the family home I absolutely knew I needed to ring Dean and ask him to manage the sale for us. Dean, as always was honest, responsive, patient (!) and professional throughout the process. Dierdre is an amazing communicator, link person to all parties, and as a team they are simply the best!<br><br>The family thought the sale would be a challenge in the current selling climate but as always Dean and Dierdre rose to this and proved us wrong. Their skill in matching the property to the buyer cannot be understated and they make it look so easy. It is a quality that they possess that many other agents do not. They take a personal interest in the vendor and purchaser and are always available, day or night to provide their professional advice and guidance.<br><br>If you are looking to sell or buy a home - choose Ewe Move, you will be very glad you did!
