18th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Difficult to be sure but we have the impression that the house was shown to viewers with, we guess, not much effort at selling. Feedback on viewings had to be extracted by phone call and was usually minimal. Lots of viewings but not a single offer!
26th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills
9th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)I’ve used tms on 2 occasions. One for my first house purchase and second for remortgage. Gary is the rolls Royce of mortgage advisors. I can’t speak highly enough of his company.<br>The people working along side of him ( Heidi ) have been nothing short of amazing. Can’t thank you all enough. Look forward to the next remortgage.

Sales progression is laughable, attention to detail is non existent. Avoid the stress, avoid this sleepy outpost!<br><br>Customer service and complaints process are a farce, so called "quality assurance director" refused to even discuss my complaint! It seems that it's perfectly acceptable for their estate agents to negligently misrepresent buyers position with total impunity. Bought and sold lots of properties and these are the worst I've ever used! Avoid, avoid, avoid!
21st Jul 2026 (14 days ago)What a team! Selling inherited property as an executor struck me as something that would be both expensive and time consuming. We went with Tersons after the supposed local preferred estate agent tried to low-ball us on the price - Tersons listened. Their guru Simon D agreed to put the property on at a higher than normal price to judge the market, no pressure to go low, and after a while we dropped the price and a sale was agreed. We sold for £40k more than the supposed local experts. Nothing was too much bother, they showed the house professionally, they kept myself and the other executor in the loop on every viewing, being honest about feedback, we felt rest assured that they were on “Our side” and we would heartily recommend them in the future. Thank you Simon, Thank you Hayley for all the leg work!
17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)We have now sold two properties with Martin & Co and our experience has been very much hassle free. We have always been kept in the loop when it came to viewings and found the feedback very useful. We have found all members of staff very helpful but David in particular has been our main contact during our sales. He is clearly knowledgeable and his advice has always been on point.

14th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I wanted to personally thank Toby Caufield for his assistance in resolving a dispute with the seller of a property I recently purchased in Deal. The dispute was nothing to do with Colebrook Sturrock and thus he would have been well within his rights to ignore the issue at hand but he didn't and went the extra mile to assist. I will certainly purchase from them again in the future and highly recommend to others.
15th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)The staff are all very professional, and are very willing and able to address your concerns as the lines of communication are always open - so important in leading the seller through the legal labyrinth. They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. Friendly advice, good local knowledge, good communication and professionalism- everything that you need in an estate agent and everything that Jenkinsons in Deal provide.

We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble. We would both like to say a massive thank you for everything. We would certainly highly recommend them. John & Tracy

27th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)We’ve just completed on our dream house as a family and something we never thought was possible- Then here comes John and Paul who have worked tirelessly throughout the whole process- up front with information around what’s going on with the estate, always answered every single question we’ve had they’ve answered even down to needing measurements for rooms so we could look at furniture. They scheduled viewings anytime we’ve asked which has really helped through the process. After this experience if we are to ever sell this house and buy a property they would be my first call every day of the week. Thank you both so much for your help
