29th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)When considering the sale of rental property in Forest Hill we approached Pickwick Estates, who were marketing a nearby home and engaged directly with Paolo, who provided an accurate valuation remotely. Paolo is a local expert and is very familiar with property typologies and buyers in the Honor Oak and Forest Hill area.<br><br>Paolo looked after the whole process for us, was easily contactable directly via WhatsApp, achieved a sale over asking surpassing alls expectations. We appreciated the personal service.<br><br>Paolo expertly progressed the leasehold sale and we are delighted to have now completed.

26th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills

From the moment we dealt with Aidan Flynn, the Branch Manager, and Angela Morse, that feeling completely changed.<br><br>Aidan was absolutely fantastic in going through so much relevant data to help us get set up. He was professional, approachable and, most importantly, genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for us. Angela was equally brilliant and went above and beyond to help us find our onward move, which took a huge amount of pressure off our shoulders.<br><br>There were moments when the whole process felt overwhelming with some solicitor/chain delays, but having Aidan and Angela there made us feel like we weren’t dealing with everything alone. They kept us informed, listened to us and always did everything they could to move things forward.<br><br>After the experience we’d had previously, we had honestly lost a lot of faith in estate agents. Aidan and Angela completely restored that faith. They treated us like people rather than just another transaction, and that meant more to us than they probably realise.<br><br>We are genuinely so grateful to both of them for helping us sell our home and, just as importantly, helping us find our next one.<br><br>Thank you, Aidan and Angela, for your patience, kindness, hard work and for being there when we really needed you. They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. Friendly advice, good local knowledge, good communication and professionalism- everything that you need in an estate agent and everything that Jenkinsons in Deal provide.

He was always approachable, patient and willing to explain things clearly, making sure we understood what was happening at each stage. He was incredibly responsive, professional and genuinely went above and beyond to help us.<br><br>What stood out most was that we always felt we had someone who genuinely cared about making all things happen , rather than simply going through the motions.<br><br>Buying our first home was a huge milestone for our family, and having Matt supporting us made the experience considerably easier and less stressful. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We met with 3 agents for valuation and felt that Damien gave us the best advice re listing price. The app they set up for all communications between us was excellent. They also were easy to get hold of if needed a call.
