18th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had a great experience selling my property with Sewell & Gardner. I was particularly impressed with the marketing – the photography, virtual tour, drone shots and brochure were excellent and really brought the property to life. The whole process of getting the property listed was also very smooth and easy to manage online.<br><br>The sale itself ended up being a long and sometimes challenging process, but Jackie, Harry and the rest of the team were consistently helpful, responsive and proactive throughout. Harry in particular was great at keeping me updated and pushing things forward right until completion.<br><br>Really grateful for all their help and very happy to have got the sale over the line. I’d happily recommend the team.

19th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)They provide a lot of foot fall, and viewings but never able to close the deal. They also have a lot of clients that don't show up. They don't check up to see how things are going, only when there are viewings. There is no central knowledge on the fittings and fitments of the house so different agents gave different insights to the property, often missing things.

From the off the team were efficient and gained multiple viewings and subsequent offers, resulting in a fast sale. Their communication was great throughout and the sale went through seamlessly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Especially grateful to Samantha for her helping getting through putting in an offer, going through referencing and finally signing the lease. She has been quite helpful in getting my requests through to the landlord for things like fixing some small faults and getting additional cleaning. She is a very kind and helpful person. Also thanks to Renata who showed me the flat at my first viewing and picked up on some issues that needed sorting by the landlord like a drippy tap and some loose drawers. She went to communicate these to the landlord and they were sorted by my second visit. Overall very happy with the team :)

It turned out to be an excellent decision.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Mark and the team were fantastic. Professional, proactive, responsive and always willing to go the extra mile. Our sale certainly wasn't without its challenges, but Mark worked tirelessly to keep things moving, regularly going above and beyond to resolve issues and keep everyone informed.<br><br>What really stood out was the level of communication and genuine commitment to getting the sale over the line. We always felt that Mark had our best interests at heart, and his support made a real difference during what could have been a very stressful process.<br><br>A huge thank you to Mark and the whole team at Aubrey & Finn. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home!
14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I filled out an online form to request a viewing of a property. A few days later, having still not received a response, I continued chasing the letting agent. I finally managed to get through to them by phone this morning, only to be met with a complete lack of interest in my call and told that the property was no longer available.<br>The whole experience was disappointing and demonstrated a real lack of good customer service and communication. A simple update would have saved me time and unnecessary frustration.

Their response time is always quick and they don't just give you answers to what you want to hear, but helpful suggestions and support in this often complex world of real estate.<br><br>Their systems are really user friendly and very helpful to have a dashboard with all the information in one place.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier.
