I dealt primarily with Miriam who possesses genuinely excellent customer service skills, it is clearly a natural ability she has to interact with clients. She was proactive, highly communicative and understanding to my needs at all times. She is a true asset to this company. My interaction with her manager Bernice were equally as positive.<br><br>I also found the property to be well and accurately described online with no ambiguities (something which cannot be said for other agencies) and the detailed documentation and information received before and during move-in was helpful.

They were extremely professional, very experienced and practical, always responding to queries in a timely manner. From the outset, we were extremely impressed by Luke’s knowledge of the local rental market and skill in finding the right tenants for us fairly swiftly and on more than one occasion. Luke and Joe were always available to offer advice and support and we would thoroughly recommend them to anyone involved in renting properties. We found the property that we really wanted and, although at the time it was already sold, Jade assured us that if anything changed she would 100% make it happen for us and we are now living in our dream home! Could not recommend Jade high enough. The personal touch you will almost definitely not find anywhere else
