She takes the time to actually listen to what I’m looking for and follows up without me ever having to chase her. I genuinely look forward to our conversations. She makes what can be a stressful process feel manageable and even enjoyable. Taylor Sales and Letting Milton Keynes is lucky to have her on the team. She is an excellent manager for the letting process, taking full responsibility from start to finish, ensuring all goes as well as possible. We feel very reassured to know we are in such capable hands, and we are also very happy with her because of her open and honest ways, always doing what she says she will do, and often going the 'extra mile' when it matters most.
12th May 2026 (17 days ago)Williams hav given great service throughout the sale of our house. Even though this has been a difficult process they have gone out of their way to keep us updated. One initial offer fell through and within a couple of days another buyer was found, who offered us even more. In particular I would like to thank Sarah, Tim and Natasha who have been really helpful, friendly and professional.

22nd May 2026 (7 days ago)Liz and Nicola from F&C Rugby provided a first class service throughout the process of selling my late father's house. They were very supportive and always happy to attend the premises, not just for viewings but when I needed to give other trades access (as I live 300 miles away) and in my opinion went above and beyond at every step. F&C were not the cheapest quote we had, but were worth every penny: their marketing was superb and quickly generated a lot of interest in the house (far more than we expected) which led to a good offer. They continued to be in close communication throughout the legal process, gave good advice, and diplomatically negotiated a couple of bumps in the process to ensure everything continued on track. Nothing was too much trouble - even helping to lift a stain out of the carpet which was discovered when the last of the furniture was moved out! I can't thank them enough for helping make an emotionally and logistically difficult process as smooth as possible.

The photographer, Ollie, was an ex interior designer and I gave him permission to 'style' the house and was really pleased with the photos. Luke and Olivia who dealt with the sale and post sale were really proactive in moving things along and keeping me updated. Would definitely recommend. Siobhan Kirwan.

17th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)They didn’t sell my house. I had to pull them off and go for a PTX as they began to give me anxiety. They didn’t keep me up to date and when it came to speaking to my PTX company they gave inaccurate information which affected my valuation. They seem like lovely people but I don’t think I will recommend them to anyone as there were just too many issues that I felt I didn’t have to deal with.

As long-term tenants, what has stood out most is their professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for both the property and the people living in it. A special mention has to go to Ellen Horsley, who has been an exceptional point of contact throughout our tenancy. Ellen is always approachable, responsive, and incredibly efficient. Whether it’s been routine queries, maintenance requests, or general support, she has handled everything promptly and with a friendly, reassuring attitude. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly values building good relationships with tenants. The agency as a whole has been organized and transparent, making the renting process smooth and stress-free over the years. Communication has always been clear, and any issues have been resolved quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find a letting agency that combines efficiency with such a personal touch, and we feel very fortunate to have been tenants with College and County. 15th May 2026 (14 days ago)We had a property valuation carried out by Brown & Merry at the end of 2024. After deciding not to proceed, we continued receiving repeated voicemails and marketing letters. I initially contacted the branch directly to request removal from their mailing list, but was told that our details were not even on their system, despite the continued communications. It was only after leaving a negative review and sending a further email complaint that our marketing preferences were finally updated and the issue addressed. While I appreciate that the matter has now been resolved, it should not have required public escalation to achieve a basic data and communication request.
