Throughout my entire search journey, he was incredibly proactive, quick to respond, and remarkably supportive. He even responded to any questions I have on off-days. His professionalism and proactivity made the whole process much smoother. Highly recommended! Zaylin’s ability to streamline the process and handle every detail with such efficiency took all the stress out of finding a property. If you are looking for an agent who is not only professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely kind and dedicated to his clients, I cannot recommend him enough!!!

He takes proactive actions, goes above and beyond in dealing with all queries and instructions. He is brilliant in communicating updates promptly. Also kudos to Kier and all the team members in the branch for all their continued professionalism and hard work. Not forgetting Andy James who also deserves a massive credit for managing a brilliant team in the background. 29th May 2026 (21 days ago)We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Aaron. From the very beginning, the house was presented beautifully. The photos and video were excellent and really showed the property at its best. Aaron organised an open day which brought in over 30 viewings, and the level of interest he generated was far beyond what we expected. Most importantly, he achieved a sale at £30,000 over the asking price, which we were absolutely delighted with. Throughout the whole process, Aaron kept us fully updated and was always available whenever we needed him. One thing we particularly appreciated was that he was our sole point of contact from start to finish. He personally hosted all the viewings and dealt with everything directly, which gave us a lot of confidence and made the whole process feel much more personal. Once the offer was accepted, everything moved incredibly quickly and we completed within 7 weeks. We would highly recommend Aaron to anyone thinking of selling. He worked extremely hard for us, communicated brilliantly, and delivered a fantastic result.

15th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)By far the worst agency I have ever rented from. Was left with a leaking ceiling in my bedroom for several months with minor support from the carter and reeves and they continuously choose to ghost us instead of dealing with issues. When they did book repairs in we would usually have less than 12 hours notice, and received significant attitude and rude comments if we weren’t available with less than 12 hours notice. The only way they would fix things is if we threatened to get external support or not pay rent. I suggest staying very far away as renting from them will severely impact your mental health. Michael especially was inaccessible and barely answered when we reached out. I suggest not renting from them if you want to maintain your sanity.

We appreciate so much what Ruby, Jason and the team at JTM did for us. Thank you for helping us buy our first home. We would recommend JTM homes & use them again ??

29th May 2026 (21 days ago)One of the worst letting agencies I’ve dealt with in London. Extremely unprofessional, very unresponsive, and careless when it comes to handling tenant issues. Communication is poor and getting anything resolved takes forever. I would not recommend anyone to rent through Jhons in London. There are far better agencies out there that actually care about their tenants.

What stands out most is their maintenance management; any time we had an issue in the apartment, they quickly sent contractors to handle repairs. They have also been very flexible with our needs over the years. A truly professional team.
