4th Oct 2026 (29 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Samuel Estates – Colliers Wood<br><br>I rented a property through Samuel Estates, with Jade as our property manager. At the beginning of the tenancy, she came across as very friendly and helpful. However, when it came to the termination of our tenancy, it became extremely difficult to get in touch with her. Calls were often answered by different members of staff, and getting a clear response or resolution became incredibly frustrating.<br><br>The property itself was in a very poor condition. We were paying a significant amount of rent for what was, in my experience, a substandard property, including issues with mice and holes in the flat. For the amount of money we were paying, the overall standard was simply unacceptable.<br><br>The biggest issue came at the end of the tenancy when there was a dispute over our deposit. The agency initially refused to return our deposit, and we had to take the matter through TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme) to fight for what we believed we were entitled to. We eventually managed to recover the deposit through the dispute process.<br><br>Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise prospective tenants to do thorough research before renting through Samuel Estates, particularly regarding the condition of the property, communication during the tenancy, and how the deposit will be handled at the end.<br><br>I would not personally use this letting agency again.
15th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)It was amazing working with Scott and the team.<br>Very professional and was a pleasure having someone in the industry care about my property needs and not just seem me as a sale.<br>Would 100% recommend RHW Estates and Scott to anyone in the property market.<br><br>Update: I have since moved out and once again the process was such a pleasure.<br>Clear and precise processes and Scott S was amazing helping everything get sorted without any hassle.<br><br>It was been such a pleasure working with Scott and RHW.

Terri, our Property Manager, was always very responsive and friendly.<br><br>We had a good experience with SA as a letting agent. They were especially helpful in supporting us - alongside our landlord - to deal with mould caused by issues in the broader building.
25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)My situation was challenging due to my losing my first buyer, and then the solicitors in the middle of the chain causing unnecessary delays. But Petty Son kept me going all through the process and held everything together for me so I could still purchase the property I was first interested in. When it came to completion they were exceptionally kind and caring due to the challenging situation which was not any fault of theirs whatsoever. I really appreciate their help and consideration all the way through. Thank you so much to each of you individually and collectively. Highly recommended.

28th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)I have recently moved out of a flat managed by Elms, but wanted to leave a review to flag the great experience I had with them. My point of contact throughout was Nasim, he was always very responsive to any issues I had, making sure they were quickly dealt with. A massive difference from other agencies I’ve had to work with as a tenant in the past.<br><br>Nasim also helped to quickly get me rehoused after an issue in another flat I had been renting, finding me an available property within a day of being told I’d have to move out. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough if you’re looking for professional, responsive, and friendly letting agents.

Although I didn’t end up securing a property through her, she was incredibly helpful, friendly and informative throughout the process. As a first-time renter, I really appreciated how clearly she explained the new rental laws and everything I needed to be aware of. 2nd Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)We userd a few estate agents over the past 2 years to find our forever home and have to say Daniel Frank have been far the best from the first point of call to book a viewing it was easy, efficient and very quick.<br><br>Meeting Frankie straight away we truestd him and his straight talking no bull honest, professional manner and advice.<br><br>After placing the offer and being excepted the process was made easy by Frankies constant communication.<br>This was so reassuring for us as we'd had previous let downs and bad experience.<br><br>We as a family would like to thank him and his team for making this happen for us and should we decide to move again will definitely go straight to Daniel Frank Estates.
