She always provides fair advice on repair responsibilities and works hard to minimise unnecessary costs while ensuring the property is well maintained. Her proactive approach and excellent communication give me great peace of mind. I highly recommend her services.

I lived in a Stirling Ackroyd property for 18 months, and on the few occasions a problem arose, I knew I could reach out to Terri and she would handle it, without the need for silly online forms, portals or waiting on hold for hours. End of tenancy was wrapped up by her within a few weeks - substantially less painful than any end of tenancy I've previously had.
13th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)Based on our experience ,we would highly recommend Petty Son and Prestwich.<br>Catherine who came round to value our house was friendly and professional .Her calm approach helped us initiate the process of selling.<br>Fay who supervised the viewing day took on board all the important details of the house that needed to be passed to potential buyers and ensured the day resulted in many offers.<br>Elaine and Janine ensured that the sale progressed keeping us updated and responding quickly to our questions.<br>Overall we found that the whole process went very smoothly and was relatively stress free.<br>Thank you to the whole team who helped us from start to finish,such that we sold our house a few days after it went on the market.

28th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)I have recently moved out of a flat managed by Elms, but wanted to leave a review to flag the great experience I had with them. My point of contact throughout was Nasim, he was always very responsive to any issues I had, making sure they were quickly dealt with. A massive difference from other agencies I’ve had to work with as a tenant in the past.<br><br>Nasim also helped to quickly get me rehoused after an issue in another flat I had been renting, finding me an available property within a day of being told I’d have to move out. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough if you’re looking for professional, responsive, and friendly letting agents.

18th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)Bought a property through Alex Crown in 2024. In 2025 they list our property for sale without our consent, with old pictures and for a lower price. Contacted them to remove the listing and received no response.
7th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)AWFUL experience. If I could give Portico 0 starts I would, I truly could not recommend them less. The lack of communication was the first and most prevalent issue throughout our Tennancy (which was cut short due to a hazardous mould issue which was flagged many times before and during the Tennancy). My flatmate and I spent hours and hours of our time trying to draw attention to and rectify the multiple issues with the property, some more serious than others, on many occasions we were ignored and on some occasions the portico employees were actually very rude. I will not name names but a lady in the Highbury office in particular. The ordeal with portico cost us a great deal financially but also in terms of stress, not to mention the health implications of living in a damp flat for 5+ months during the height of winter, in an uninsulated room, where the radiator fell off the wall and the heating did not work initially. I don’t ever leave bad reviews but I seriously believe people should avoid this service. Would not wish it upon others, particularly when you are overpaying for a property and working hard to do so!<br>The issues were never ending , and I was constantly in awe of the audacity of Portico to try and charge us for various things that we flagged as issues many times to<br>them and were not our fault. If you have the misfortune of using Portico, I reccomend you keep a record of your engagement with them.<br>Other problems included a gas leak for the first four months of the tenancy, the flat not being cleaned before our arrival, marks all over the place, broken kitchen appliances and shelves, the list goes on.<br>I hope portico work to improve their service and treatment of their clients.<br>Please note the is experience was between August 2024 and March 2025

He is an excellent agent who managed to arrange everything for my flat rental in the shortest possible time. Despite it being a day off, he was incredibly attentive to my needs, understanding the urgency of the situation, and ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. His professionalism, respectful approach, and efficiency made all the difference. I highly appreciate his dedication and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and committed agent.
30th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We were introduced to Clara Bracey at Tavistock Bow by our estate agent in Devon who successfully sold our home last year.<br>As soon as we met Clara we knew she was right for us.<br><br>Clara is charming, fun and authentic and loves her job. We agreed from the start that the road to a successful sale would not be easy because of the London market but she took all the stress away from us from the beginning. She knew straight away which interested parties were worth pursuing and after a few months contracts were signed.<br><br>I highly recommend Clara and Tavistock Bow estate agents. Clara is a first class communicator and has a flare for getting it right. She is also indefatigable!<br>If I had another property to sell I wouldnt hesitate using Clara and Tavistock Bow again.<br><br>Jackie Sherwood

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!

It was due to her thoughtfulness that I was able to view the apartment in the first place and she was helpful every step of the way in the rental process. Would highly recommend working with her!

Not only do they always answer our calls but they are constantly checking in and making sure we are happy with our rental. Really take the time to check in and make sure we are happy and well sorted. They sold our flat not once, but twice- after the first sale fell through, and on both occasions, they achieved a price higher than any other estate agent was willing to list it for.<br><br>From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable and incredibly dedicated. They clearly knew the market and had the confidence to value our property properly, rather than simply giving us the lowest figure to secure the listing.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout, and they worked hard to keep everything moving and make the process as smooth as possible. Special mention to Cameron, Alex & Frankie who were all brilliant.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Daniel Frank. Thank you for all your hard work!
