10th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)We had been with Greenlands for almost 3 years, they have been very good landlords/agents. Any requests were immediately acted upon, fixing things were very quick. They are respectful of your space - no surprise visits and they always ask for your confirmation. I really like that they manage properties locally so their office is super close to the properties. They are very responsive with the emails, repair requests, questions - anything you need. We got the deposits back really quickly as well. Thank you Will very much for taking care of us!
3rd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Charlie was excellent during the letting process — punctual at the viewing, quick to answer questions, never pushy, and responsive throughout the negotiation. Full credit to him; if this review were only about renting the place, it would be five stars.<br><br>Unfortunately my experience as a tenant since moving in has been very different. Because of some rain my flat flooded badly, with dirty water coming through the ceiling and windows into every room. None of the emergency numbers in the tenant handbook were answered that night. In the days and weeks that followed I had to chase repeatedly; deadlines the agency set for itself came and went, and several of my emails — including one flagging what appears to be mould developing on my bedroom wall — went unanswered. Weeks on, the flat still hasn't been repaired or dried out.<br><br>Separately, several maintenance issues that were documented at move-in and promised to be fixed have stayed outstanding for months.<br><br>Great at getting you through the door; much less so at looking after you once you're a tenant.
29th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Thank you for your all the help - Folco has been really helpful, flexible and nice throughout the process, accommodating further visits when needed I also think it's a nice and family business which changes from big estate agent chains. I also met Guy towards the end who was super nice as well and friendly.

Jay makes sure that he responds and attends to any questions/concerns we may have even outside of their office hours. I wouldn't hesitate at all in recommending RelocateME to our friends. 19th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)I’m genuinely surprised I’m giving this estate agent any rating at all.<br><br>I want to start by saying that Pete was excellent. From the very beginning, he was professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful. He consistently answered all of our questions clearly and patiently, no matter how small, and made sure we always understood what was happening at each stage. He kept communication flowing both ways, regularly updating us and ensuring we were kept in the loop, which made a huge difference. When things slowed down, he reassured us and made it clear that it was out of our hands, which helped reduce a lot of the stress and uncertainty. He made what is already a stressful process feel much more manageable, and he is the only reason this review isn’t even lower.<br><br>Unfortunately, once Mark took over, the experience changed completely.<br><br>Towards the end of the purchase, I felt under constant pressure to exchange contracts immediately. It wasn’t the decision itself that felt rushed — I was always going to buy the property — but there were important final steps that needed to be completed first, including last-minute financial checks that my solicitors needed time to look into. Despite this, Mark was unwilling to wait.<br><br>Rather than offering support or explaining the situation calmly, he spoke to me in a rude, dismissive, and confrontational tone. He repeatedly made it seem as though the seller was going to pull out unless I exchanged there and then, and even went as far as saying that the vendor was a former estate agent and that if I didn’t exchange immediately, it wouldn’t make much difference to them. This felt like a clear attempt to pressure me into rushing something that required proper due diligence.<br><br>Whether that was genuinely the seller’s position or not, it felt like I was being pushed into making one of the biggest financial decisions of my life without being given the space to ensure everything was in place.<br><br>That conversation left me in tears. Buying a home should be an exciting milestone, but instead I was left feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and intimidated. No buyer should be made to feel that way.<br><br>The whole interaction came across as though the priority was getting the sale completed as quickly as possible rather than ensuring both parties were comfortable and informed. It gave the impression that getting the deal over the line was more important than providing good customer service, and it made me question whether unnecessary pressure was being used to speed up the exchange.<br><br>To make matters worse, the experience didn’t improve on completion day. After receiving a call to collect the keys, we arrived at the office expecting at least a warm welcome after months of dealing with the purchase. Instead, there was simply a single key left in an envelope on the reception desk, and we were told, “It’s there on the desk.” There was no congratulations, no greeting, no effort to make what should have been a memorable moment feel special. Mark, who had called us to collect the keys, was nowhere to be seen. It perfectly summed up the level of customer service we experienced by the end of the process.<br><br>In the end, we got the house we wanted, and that’s what matters most. However, the service we received during the final stages was genuinely terrible and added a huge amount of unnecessary stress to an already stressful process.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not recommend this estate agent. If it hadn’t been for Pete’s professionalism at the start, this review would have been half a star without hesitation.

Harry did an excellent job and was always supportive, knowledgeable, and efficient. His professionalism made everything smooth and stress-free. From viewing the apartment to moving out, the team has been incredibly kind, professional, and supportive.<br><br>Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they responded promptly and were always happy to help. Their communication by email is excellent, and it gave me real peace of mind knowing there was a team that genuinely cared about making me feel comfortable and at home, even as a tenant.<br><br>Having lived in London for over a decade, I can honestly say this level of service is rare. 28th Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)I’ve had a nightmare experience with john co since the very beginning. First, they were incredibly inefficient with the move-in process, delaying my tenancy start date by three weeks and leaving the property vacant for that entire time. What makes this even more ridiculous is that they failed to carry out mandatory safety inspections (EICR, Gas Safety, EPC) during those three weeks of vacancy. Instead, they have contacted me three times in just my first three weeks of living here, demanding access for various contractors. It feels as though they are using me as an unpaid property manager to coordinate their overdue maintenance. If you value your time, privacy, and mental peace, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Their management is a complete mess.

From start to finish, he was incredibly dedicated, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything progressed as smoothly as possible.<br>What really set Gaurav apart was how far he was willing to go beyond the normal responsibilities of an estate agent. Gaurav was not even our estate agent he was the agent from whom we were buying off and actually supported us and did more for us than our own estate agents (who were useless). Throughout what was at times a complicated chain, he regularly took the initiative to contact solicitors and other parties involved to keep things moving and ensure everyone was aligned. Rather than simply waiting for updates, he actively chased information, followed up on outstanding issues, and kept us informed every step of the way. His persistence and determination undoubtedly helped prevent delays and kept momentum going when things could easily have stalled.<br>Gaurav was also exceptionally thorough. No detail was ever overlooked, and he always took the time to explain things clearly, answer our questions, and make sure we understood exactly where things stood. We never felt like just another client; he treated our move as though it were his own and genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us.<br>What could have been a very stressful process felt far more manageable because we knew Gaurav was on top of everything. His professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile gave us complete confidence throughout. It's rare to find someone who combines such expertise with such a personal and caring approach.<br>We would wholeheartedly recommend Gaurav to anyone buying or selling a property. He exceeded our expectations in every respect, and we are incredibly grateful for all his hard work, support, and dedication. An absolute credit to the profession. If we ever decide to move again, I really hope he is still available. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to sell my house and work alongside with. Next Move provided a thorough and trustworthy service ; we benefited from Richard’s wealth of experience in the area, we would definitely recommend Richard and his team .

Their team have always been friendly and helpful whenever we've had queries with the flat, and always been on hand when repairs have been needed. Their communation is promt and clear, welcoming and approachable, and the two property managers we have been liaising with recognise us whenever we've needed to stop by for some admin or to drop papers off. A really personable service, and a lovely and refreshing change compared to previous agencies!

Given the positive experience, we also chose Alex from SoH to bring our existing home on the market. Alex managed to find us great buyers within a few days. The entire process from taking marketing photos to completion took less than 2 months and had zero hiccups. From a buyer's and a seller's perspective, Alex was incredibly hard working and we very much appreciated that he always accommodated viewings & meetings on weekends and late evenings!
