1st Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)I met Yvonne from Bairstow Eves when I was looking for a new property in the area and I was impressed by her professionalism and her expert knowledge of the industry. She always came prepared and had done her research on each property and was able to tell me all of the positives of each property as well as follow up each time. She knew exactly what I was looking for and always kept me in the loop of any new properties coming to the market that matched my criteria. When it came to selling our house, I knew I wanted Yvonne as our agent. She did not fail to deliver - she managed to sell our house in less than a week at full asking price - not as easy feat in this current market! Yvonne comes across as genuine and attentive. She’s a rare gem and we feel very lucky to have found her. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Yvonne and Bairstow Eves again.
8th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Having previously struggled to sell our property with Barnard Marcus and Martyn Gerrard we were sceptical Hamptons would be any better, but how wrong were we! Hamptons were exceptional from the start of the process to the end, Debbie in particular was an angel! Debbie knew our property inside out and really sold the house for every viewing, resulting in 2 offers! I wouldn't hesitate to use Hamptons again in the future and won't be considering any other agents for the job!

10th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)I chose Havilands specifically because Get Agent told me they had most sales in my area recently. The meeting with them was kept clear and brief- no nonsense. The pricing proved to be realistic. The numbers they were getting in to see the place was good. It was clear that they want what we want ie to get a sale with as little delay or fuss as possible to take their cut and move on. they were also helpful in recommending a conveyancing solicitor with a similar view of working speedily and well.- 1st May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Evelyn was great, made the process easier than it usually is, communicates well too

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

David has demonstrated a 'get stuff done' energy I can only dream of having, as well as real market experience and knowledge that he will honestly communicate in a responsive, but sympathetic, manner. Could not ask for anything more in an agent, above and beyond the call of duty, if only all businesses worked like this.
