Would wholeheartedly recommend leaning on their experience in North London - thanks to the whole team involved and I have no doubt we will remain in touch over the years ahead.
11th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unprofessional Receptionist! (Didn’t explained to the dr what happened with me!) Arrived 5 mins late just because it’s my first time to go for “register only”and the receptionist said you are late!! I was looking for a car park and I parked my car 10 minutes away from the dentist as I couldn’t find a space and I moved new to this area!! I explained that but there was no mercy! And it was raining and she saw me i came with a little baby with pram!! They also didn’t say arrived earlier than your appointment in about 5mins when i spoke to them on the phone! (When I arrived she told me that!) It’s only a form you need to give it to me get my details!! I don’t know why she didn’t let me do the form as the dentist was empty no one in or waiting!! Plus the receptionist didn’t welcoming!! Very bad service will never go back to this dentist !

11th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We had a great experience with Andrew Lloyd from start to finish. They were always quick to respond and sort out any issues that came up while we were letting the flat. We dealt with Andrew directly most of the time and he was friendly, helpful and very easy to communicate with throughout. Move-out was also straightforward and everything was handled fairly and professionally. Easily one of the best experiences we’ve had with estate agents in London.

So much so, that we also had Gareth sell our house recently. His honesty, professionalism and commitment is on a different level. One of the best selling experiences that I've had.

Playing games, not fufiling contracts and Oliver and manager there were engaging in clear unethical service practices and disgusting customer services carried out. They represent an dodgy estate perfectly. Nothing else positive.

The team handled everything efficiently and professionally, taking a lot of the stress out of the whole process. Communication was clear and timely throughout, and they were always happy to answer questions or provide updates. Their attention to detail and proactive approach really stood out and we got more than the asking price for our property so obviously we were extremely pleased. I felt well supported at every stage and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable estate agent.
23rd Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)Craig Anthony Ashcroft & Mrs Beverley Gepp of The property studio Barnet ltd are decietful and have no regard at all about the rights of those living adjacent to their tenants. AVOID like the plague. Won’t even send anything over that counteracts HM Land registry official documents. Enabling trespassing and harassment. Blocking our sunlight and failing to even provide a time or date when it’s being cut. No parking in their tenants AST. Yet they take up not one but 2 parking bays in the car park when their 1 space is allocated around the corner. Ridicules those with disabilities and refuse to make reasonable adjustments under equality act 2010 to write back on email. LEGAL ACTION PENDING against them and to the redress scheme they are subscribed to. 0/10

He was always responsive, proactive and incredibly helpful, and made what could have been a stressful transaction feel much smoother. He kept things moving, communicated clearly, and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, that made a huge difference. I’d happily recommend Louis and Elderton & Co to anyone buying or selling in the area!

30th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)I was a tenant with Chas Lowe over the last 10 years, having only just recently moved from East Barnet. The landlord-tenant experience has been excellent throughout. All issues or concerns, whether small or large, were dealt with promptly and with understanding. Basic but fundamentally important issues like an annual gas safety check happened seamlessly and, similarly, when there was an electrical concern, with a faulty plug socket, for example, this was dealt with timeously and professionally. Roger was the key agent during the tenancy and he deserves enormous praise for his approachable, honest and helpful communication at all points. The tenancy was in a block of flats managed by Chas Lowe and, again, when issues arose these were always attended to promptly. In fact, on one ocassion, the security light bulb was replaced within two hours of reporting it - thanks, Lorna! Five stars from me all around.
17th Jun 2026 (2 days ago)Please be wary of them when it comes to checking out of a property. I rented a flat for 6 years, never missed a months rent and always paid on time. During my final year, agent explained landlord wanted to sell property so I naturally co-operated with them to accommodate flat inspection and viewings. Unfortunately, for agent/landlord they couldn't get a buyer or many viewings for that matter. I continued to rent for remainder of my tenancy but decided it was time to move on as there were numerous issues with flat that landlord didn't want to spend money on. Jump forward to check out and agent wanted bulk of my deposit from a tenant that has rented their property for 6 years. Naturally, there would be some fair wear and tear through normal, everyday use. And to cap it all off, the landlord has put the property back on the market for sale. So please be very wary of this outfit who suddenly go very quiet and don't want to take your calls when you are just wanting to find out why you have not had your deposit returned having vacated the property. Very disappointed.

29th May 2026 (21 days ago)They keep reporting and removing reviews. My review had twenty likes on it as so many people think the same- this agency needs to be out of business! Two extremelly disrespectful men, who run the agency, hopefully will be shut down soon! They are literally operating by providing illegal certificates, fake information and letting flats, that do not have a very basic living standards! Please, take my word and avoid these people as much as you can, because this review will be too long to describe in detail, what are they putting their tenants through.Once they got your money, you will be ignored for ever. Terrible people, including their staff, who was half an hour late to the viewing without even excusing, and made awful judging comments. AVOID!!!

From viewing to completion everything was perfect and he made everything very straight forward. I am grateful that I got such a BRILLIANT agent (don’t mind the pun).
