9th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)I was helping my dad to sell his house, and a friend recommended them as they had recently used them when selling their property and told us that they were really good.<br><br>We looked a few different agents and chose Phillip Alexander because from the first visit they were professional and provided honest advice.<br><br>Bradley and Dominika were absolutely brilliant, they listened to all our needs. They kept us informed throughout the whole process.<br><br>The initial buyer pulled out last minute, and the team found a new buyer less than two weeks later! From the very beginning, Vas has been incredibly helpful, friendly, professional and reassuring throughout the whole process of finding my new flat. Communication has been excellent, and he has always kept me updated and responded quickly whenever I needed clarification on anything.<br><br>Moving to London is a really big step for me and Vas made the entire experience feel so much easier and less overwhelming. He was always approachable and happy to answer my many, MANY questions, no matter how small, and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed or like I was being a nuisance.<br><br>Thank you so much, Vas, for all your help, patience, and kindness throughout the process. John's initial consulation and valuation of my property was conducted with honesty openess and enthusiasum, with exception local and market knowledge.<br><br>Once we took the decision to list the property, Coultons moved quickly to get excellent pictures and create a fantastic listing. The bookings for viewings were delp with professionaly and flexibly, and we enjoyed a sale of the property to a excellent prospective buyer represented by Euan who always represented the interests and requirements of both sides of the transaction.<br><br>Throughout the conveyancing process, John and the team were very proactive and responsive to ensure the process kept moving ahead. If we required advice, John and Euan were quick to respond with honest feedback and excellet knowledge.<br><br>Upon exchange - Coultons were quick to present their readyness to all sides of the chain ensuring that exchnage took place smoothly.<br><br>I would highly reccomend John, Euan and the Coultons team to anyone looking at buying or selling a property in thier services areas.

Yet I’ve called multiple times and emailed and no one has got back to me!<br><br>Update just spoke to a man named Chris who was very polite and super helpful!<br><br>But please get rid of the AI we want humans to speak too!

In particular special mention to Timea H , who has liaised directly with me on a regular basis and organised all the necessary checks and maintenance issues etc., as well as keeping me updated and informed of the changes in legislation.<br>I felt confident in knowing that my tenants were being looked after , and that my property and interests were equally prioritised .Highly recommend this local management service
