These guys have been fast, responsive and helpful for any request I've had on a range of issues: - new fridge freezer - new washing machine - mattresses - resolving issues with Haringey Council (pain) Chris especially is great. Takes a lot for me to leave a positive review for a letting agents in all honesty so well done Brian Thomas!

Aside from residential surveys/building regs advice, they have let & managed my property over the years (very successfully), & in addition, I have bought & also recently sold through them. As a client, you are guaranteed to receive professional, honest, prompt & courteous advice at all times. The fact W&T have been in business in Kensal Rise for nearly 100 years, speaks volumes in itself, they are the definition of ‘consummate professionals’! We dealt with Andrew directly most of the time and he was friendly, helpful and very easy to communicate with throughout. Move-out was also straightforward and everything was handled fairly and professionally. Easily one of the best experiences we’ve had with estate agents in London.

12th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)I am writing this behalf of my uncle because he doesn’t speak English last year he rented a flat from these people they all so speak Turkish so my uncle paid them admission fees which by law they don’t have the right to ask him for admission fees but they did why because my uncle doesn’t speak English and he’s only been in uk for one and half years and then they asked him for weeks rent 2 months deposit again buy law they can only ask 4 week’s and when he left the flat they only give his one moths rent back said to him we only had one month deposit of yours horrible people

After I posted a review on google, suddenly they had the time to finally call me back. Not to refund my money though, to ask me why I posted a bad review and still no answer on when I will get my £400 back! Scammers!

So much so, that we also had Gareth sell our house recently. His honesty, professionalism and commitment is on a different level. One of the best selling experiences that I've had.

As immigrants with no guarantor support, he made our move-in process smooth, welcoming, and stress-free from day one. He was always responsive, supportive, and quick to handle any maintenance or repair issues. His kindness and professionalism made us feel truly valued, and he went above and beyond in every way. We only moved because of a work relocation out of London. We’re incredibly grateful for all his help and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment in London.

30th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)I was a tenant with Chas Lowe over the last 10 years, having only just recently moved from East Barnet. The landlord-tenant experience has been excellent throughout. All issues or concerns, whether small or large, were dealt with promptly and with understanding. Basic but fundamentally important issues like an annual gas safety check happened seamlessly and, similarly, when there was an electrical concern, with a faulty plug socket, for example, this was dealt with timeously and professionally. Roger was the key agent during the tenancy and he deserves enormous praise for his approachable, honest and helpful communication at all points. The tenancy was in a block of flats managed by Chas Lowe and, again, when issues arose these were always attended to promptly. In fact, on one ocassion, the security light bulb was replaced within two hours of reporting it - thanks, Lorna! Five stars from me all around.

3rd Jun 2026 (16 days ago)Mark and the team were fantastic with our house sale. We went with Bennett Walden despite getting lots of valuations and quotes because it never felt like we were getting a typical estate agent ‘hard sell’ from Mark. He was straightforward and very easy to work with. We achieved the full asking price for our property in a difficult market and even when we encountered the usual buying and selling stresses, Mark was calm throughout. Would definitely recommend Bennett Walden. Five stars.
8th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)My experience of Guru’s sales team is good. However, the property management team is very rude and would not help the tenants solve the problems after you rent the property. They only asked the tenants for money.

12th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.
