9th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)I would like to express my sincere thanks to Dhiya Ramnand for going above and beyond to help resolve an unexpected issue we recently faced.<br><br>My wife and I were tenants of a property managed by Peter Barry over five years ago. Recently, my wife purchased a unique designer handbag online, only to discover that her account still had our old address stored. As a result, the package was delivered to our former property.<br><br>I contacted Peter Barry in the hope that someone might be able to assist, and thankfully Dhiya immediately understood the situation. She was incredibly helpful, taking the time to contact the current tenants and facilitate arrangements for me to collect the handbag safely and conveniently.<br><br>This was a particularly important purchase, as it was a rare, one-of-a-kind item that would have been extremely difficult, if not impossible, to replace. Dhiya's willingness to help, combined with her proactive and compassionate approach, turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a positive experience.<br><br>We are genuinely grateful for the support we received. From booking my initial viewing all the way through to completion, he was patient, friendly and very approachable. He was a great point of contact between both parties and was always willing to help move things along when needed.<br><br>Overall, he made what could have been a very daunting process feel much easier and more manageable. I really appreciated his support throughout and would definitely recommend!

10th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)Our experience with HomeLink has been extremely negative.<br><br>We returned the keys on 14 May 2026 and recorded a video at the time of handover as evidence. Despite this, we were later told that the keys had only been returned on 2 June 2026. We have evidence showing otherwise.<br><br>When we rented the property, we were informed by Zach that there were no damp or mould issues. However, during our tenancy we experienced significant damp, mould and moisture problems throughout the property, particularly during the winter months. My wife and child developed asthma-related health problems, and we have supporting medical evidence.<br><br>We moved out on 30 April 2026 and were preparing to move into another property. During this process, HomeLink provided a negative reference, stating that rent payments had been late. We had already informed them in writing that my salary payment date had changed and requested that the payment date be adjusted accordingly. Despite this, the issue was not resolved.<br><br>HomeLink has withheld our £2,015 deposit and has attempted to charge rent for a period when we were no longer living in the property. We have written communications showing that we informed the agency in advance about leaving the property.<br><br>We feel that we were treated unfairly throughout this process. We have retained emails, messages, video recordings and other evidence and have started legal proceedings regarding these matters.<br><br>Potential tenants should carefully document all communications and thoroughly inspect any property for damp and mould issues before signing a tenancy agreement.

Communication was clear, the marketing was effective, and every step felt well managed. Prior to sale they also looked after the rental of the property for several years, always with professionalism and reliability.<br>Highly recommended.

John's initial consulation and valuation of my property was conducted with honesty openess and enthusiasum, with exception local and market knowledge.<br><br>Once we took the decision to list the property, Coultons moved quickly to get excellent pictures and create a fantastic listing. The bookings for viewings were delp with professionaly and flexibly, and we enjoyed a sale of the property to a excellent prospective buyer represented by Euan who always represented the interests and requirements of both sides of the transaction.<br><br>Throughout the conveyancing process, John and the team were very proactive and responsive to ensure the process kept moving ahead. If we required advice, John and Euan were quick to respond with honest feedback and excellet knowledge.<br><br>Upon exchange - Coultons were quick to present their readyness to all sides of the chain ensuring that exchnage took place smoothly.<br><br>I would highly reccomend John, Euan and the Coultons team to anyone looking at buying or selling a property in thier services areas.

Kynan and Reyon were great throughout, the photos they organised were lovely and we had an offer within days. They were prompt and professional throughout and made the process as smooth as possible. 4th Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)I would highly recommend David Astbury's from the first point of contact during the valuation, the professionalism commenced. We were provided with information about our property in advance of marketing that other estate agents did not provide and they did not overvalue our property to raise unrealistic expectations. Our sale in the end was very complex, but March in particular who supported us up to final sale completion, was amazing and did her best to support us during some very challenging times. Other members of the team were also supportive, as and when needed.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed.
