25th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)I remain deeply disappointed in the way my most recent complaint has been handled. The way the branch manager speaks to tenants is appalling! If you have a complaint then don’t expect any sympathy or accountability. We have rented this property for 11 years and in that time, we have been superb tenants but sadly that doesn’t mean anything to them. I anticipate a reply to this which will more than likely attempt to completely contradict what I’ve written here but just know that our experience has not been a positive one!

15th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Booked a viewing on the Friday for, Saturday the next day. I rang the office 4 times with no response and nobody turned up for the viewing, so I travelled and paid for parking for no reason.

My appreciation goes to Scott who met me at my property and gave a very informative overview of the rental market and knowledge of the local area and also Lindsey from the Sarah Mains office who provided me with informative updates regarding the viewings and tenant. Thank you to both Scott and Lindsey.

13th Feb 2026 (25 weeks ago)We had quite a stressful start to our selling our property but Gordon Brown were very good keeping us updated and chasing things. For the amount of times we were emailing and ringing they were extremely patient and was a pleasure dealing with the whole team.

3rd Aug 2026 (3 days ago)Very poor experience. We moved into a house that had slugs on the bottom floor and an unusable back garden due to it being filled with rubbish. The slugs remained an additional tenant throughout our stay. When we moved out we left the house in a satisfactory and clean condition with us having cleaned it just before moving out. Mansons are renovating the house with large scale building work however still decided it was appropriate to charge us a cleaning fee, something that they must've clearly missed on last years tenants based on the initial state of the house

From getting our house on the market to helping us through the buying process, they’ve always been helpful, friendly, and easy to get hold of. Communication has been great throughout, and we’ve always felt kept up to date with what’s going on. Any questions we’ve had have been answered quickly, and nothing has ever seemed like too much trouble. A huge thank you to everyone, highly recommend!

The staff are all great and really responsive. Photos are always fantastic, and they were spot on with the valuation to achieve the best price. Huge thank you again!

I must point our that all our experiences with this estate agent were certainly one of the best. I can confirm they were professional in every sense. Together with a sense of duty to their clients. 17th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

27th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)I had a great experience with Greetham Gilbert. The whole process was smooth, and the service was excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to Roger Gilbert, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and always available to answer my questions. He made the process of getting my new home much less stressful. I would definitely recommend Greetham Gilbert to anyone looking for reliable and friendly service.
