Property has been on the market for months also, they keep reducing the figure but won’t book viewings. Not sure what’s going on.

Her response was brutally cold,ruthless and insincere.
Certainly wouldn't want any proffessional dealings with this company,as they are truly heartless.
12th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)Ash is the best estate agent I’ve come across so far. He was extremely polite, friendly and patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He was very helpful throughout the viewing and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
15th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Booked a viewing on the Friday for, Saturday the next day. I rang the office 4 times with no response and nobody turned up for the viewing, so I travelled and paid for parking for no reason.

28th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)They listed my4 bed detached dormer bungalow as a 4 bed detached HOME!!! SO I didn’t get any viewings for 10 week as google does not recognise home on any search engine it Could be found under properties but buyers only looking for bungalows could not find us!! I found out by distant friend trying to find bungalows online. They relaunched but missed summer buyers. Tied into 20week contract and cost me £354 to cancel -nightmare scenario for me.

For the amount of times we were emailing and ringing they were extremely patient and was a pleasure dealing with the whole team.

From our experience we would never use any other estate agent (in the extremely unlikely event of us ever selling our current home).

20th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Terrible experience trying to buy a property through Hive Estates. We were set on buying a Sandyford flat and ready to offer significantly above asking price, but there was a serious rising damp problem in the hallway, which they initially tried to hide when we viewed the property. It had been superficially patched so we asked for details on the diagnosis of the problem and any work that had been done. The estate agent who showed us round had zero information on the property, for the issue or more broadly. The wider team refused to share any further information, saying the owner of the flat had "no idea" what the issue was diagnosed as and what the work, and that there was no documentation because a "property manager had fixed the issue" not the owner.
They also lied initially. They said that the issue had only been fixed three weeks ago, hence the smell of damp throughout the property, but when we spoke to someone on the phone they said it was fixed 10 months prior.
We actually made clear that the damp wasn't a dealbreaker, and that we just needed to go round with a surveyor or even just a damp metre - they blocked us and wouldn't allow it.
Everyone we dealt with seemed fresh out of school and were winging it. I struggled to get in contact even when putting an offer in and had to ring multiple times a day.

I can confirm they were professional in every sense. Together with a sense of duty to their clients. I can recommend this estate agent without any hesitation. We’d had a previously good experience with Conway & Christie with a house that sold the day it went to market. This was a more difficult and complicated sale. We were happy with their tenacity and great communications with our buyer. I’d definitely use them again. Thanks guys. ????????????

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent than EweMove. Paul and Johnathan were absolutely amazing from start to finish, and we wouldn’t want to sell a home with anyone else. Their professionalism, care and support made the whole experience so much easier, and we always felt we were in safe hands.
What really stood out was knowing that our buyers would be treated just as well as we were. Paul and Johnathan genuinely care about everyone involved in the process, not just the sale itself, and that really sets them apart.

My experience with John Buck Estate Agents has been excellent from the very beginning.
The property was beautifully presented in the listing, with excellent photographs that immediately caught my attention.
From the initial viewing right through to completion and the handover of the keys, Victoria was consistently approachable, friendly, professional and genuinely engaged in the process.
Communication was excellent throughout. Victoria kept in touch, provided updates, answered questions and was always willing to help, particularly during the final stages of the purchase.
What really stood out was that the service didn’t end after the offer was accepted. Victoria remained actively involved every step of the way, making sure things continued moving forward.
