Originally the property was sold subject to contract, I asked if it 'fell through' please contact me, it did! Voila, we got it. I must single out Zoe, who was on the ball and an excellent connunicator, as were all I had contact with. Great service. Regards Victor and Lynn.

21st Sep 2026 (4 days ago)What an unbelievable service I have had from Andrew Hall and the team. From start to finish they have made the buying process remarkably easy and straightforward. As a first time buyer, it is intimidating to go through the house buying process however Andrew made it extremely easy and comfortable. The most impressive part was 5 weeks between offer accepted and getting the keys, absolutely unheard of in today's market. I could not recommend using Andrew Hall's and the teams services more!

Steve, Jules, and Amelia were hands on from the start and the communication and support we received throughout a complex period was fantastic. Unlike some estate agents in the area who make promises that they do not fulfil, FHP provide a first class, personal service from start to finish.

12th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)1 star<br><br>Very disappointing experience with FHP Living during our attempt to view Apartment 17 at Ryehill House.<br><br>This was the second time we had arranged to view the property. On the first occasion, our viewing request was not followed up, and we therefore had to rearrange our schedules to attend today. We were also specifically promised photographs of the property in advance, but these were never sent; despite sending two reminder emails, both were completely ignored.<br><br>When we finally attended the viewing, the agent accompanying us had very little information about the property. Most importantly, the apartment was completely unfurnished, despite the advertisement stating that it was fully furnished, and the agent was not even aware that the property was supposed to be furnished. The apartment was also dirty and had clearly not been professionally cleaned, yet the agent was unable to explain why this was the case. Basic questions about the EPC certificate also could not be answered.<br><br>Overall, this viewing was a waste of our time, as we still need to contact a property manager to obtain basic information that should have been available at the viewing. The repeated lack of communication, preparation, attention to detail and professionalism was extremely disappointing.<br><br>As serious prospective customers, we expect a reasonable level of communication and professionalism from a letting agency, and unfortunately this experience has left us with no confidence in FHP Living; as a result, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

This is the first time I've rented out my previous home and they have been so thorough while at the same time having a light touch, going the extra mile when needed and having a good sense of humour when my arrangements went pearshaped today!

They are an extremely professional, friendly and reliable team who are always a pleasure to deal with.<br><br>Communication is excellent, everything is handled efficiently, and it’s clear they genuinely care about both their landlords and tenants and about maintaining properties to a high standard.<br><br>Lesley in particular is always approachable, organised and great to work with, and the same can be said for the rest of the team. A very well-run letting agency with a great group of people behind it.<br><br>Would highly recommend Belvoir West Bridgford to any landlord looking for a professional and dependable team to manage their property.

24th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Since in the past we had good experience with Royston & Lund Estate Agents we decided to use their services again. Graham Sheardon inspected the property, had a good discussion with us and suggested a market price at which the property was advertised. From then onwards we were regularly informed about the interest in the property by Alex Mills. There were lots of ups and downs while the house was advertised but with the perseverance of R&L staff, especially Alex Mills, with her negotiating skills the sale was finally agreed with buyers. Then Lucy Neath took over as the Sales Progressor. She communicated regularly as to how the sale was progressing and responded promptly to any questions or queries we had, especially with the buyers or vice versa. We would like to thank all the R&L staff at West Bridgford branch for the help and support they gave us. Best wishes from Sardul Gill and Inderjit Gill

Selling a property in the heart of the city comes with its own unique challenges, but Jordan Evans handled everything flawlessly. Their communication was outstanding; we were kept updated at every single stage, and they were always available to answer questions or offer expert advice. Thanks to their proactive approach we secured a sale within our ideal time frame. If you are looking for an estate agent in Nottingham that combines professionalism with a genuinely supportive, stress-free experience, look no further. They truly went above and beyond for us.<br><br>Just don't fall in the trap of going with some of their competitors who think they have the monopoly of Nottingham.
7th Sep 2026 (18 days ago)Avoid Avoid Avoid.<br>Very disappointing and unacceptable service from Frank Innes Bingham<br><br>I would strongly advise anyone considering renting a property through Frank Innes in Bingham to think very carefully before proceeding. Our experience with their customer service from the very beginning has been extremely disappointing.<br><br>I would give one star only for the property viewing. Unfortunately, everything after that has been a very poor experience.<br><br>Frank Innes were fully aware that we were moving from Essex, yet we were asked to travel all the way to Bingham simply to sign the inventory document. I had to drive approximately six hours just to complete this paperwork, which was extremely inconvenient and unreasonable considering our circumstances.<br><br>However, the worst experience happened on the day we moved. We were already travelling with all our household belongings when we received a call informing us that the property had no electricity and that we would need to arrange this ourselves. This information should have been communicated to us well before our moving day.<br><br>It was a Saturday afternoon, and we were unable to contact the electricity supplier immediately. As a result, we were left without electricity and had to stay in a hotel for two days, despite having already moved our belongings and being ready to move into the property. This caused us significant inconvenience, stress and additional expense.<br><br>To make matters worse, we were provided with a mouldy fridge, which was extremely concerning from a hygiene and health perspective. We contacted Frank Innes multiple times by email regarding these issues, but received little to no response.<br><br>We even went personally to the Bingham office to try to resolve the situation. Instead of actually dealing with the problem, we were simply told to send an email. We showed the staff the emails we had already sent, and we were then told that a message would be sent internally so that someone could respond. This is not the level of customer service I would expect from a professional letting agent.<br><br>The whole experience has been incredibly stressful, especially when you are moving your entire household from another part of the country and relying on the letting agent to ensure the property is ready for occupation.<br><br>Communication has been extremely poor, the handling of the move was unacceptable, and the lack of response to our concerns has been very disappointing.<br><br>Based on our experience, I would not recommend Frank Innes Bingham to anyone looking for a property to rent. If you are considering renting through them, I would strongly suggest making sure everything is confirmed in writing before moving in and checking that essential services and facilities are actually available.<br><br>This has been an awful experience from beginning to end, and I sincerely hope other tenants do not have to go through what we have experienced.
