Firstly please don't be put off by the big national estate agent brand name as the service is the best and most efficient personal service I have ever received from an Estate Agents. A special mention has to go to Emily who has been truly amazing throughout the whole process. If it wasn’t for Emily the chain may well have collapsed and she has been, warm, friendly, enthusiastic, reliable and extremely efficient throughout the entire process. Estate Agents often get a bad wrap in relation to their value for money but on this occasion I couldn’t disagree more, they are well worth their weight in gold. The whole team there are fantastic and you definitely won’t go wrong if you choose William H Brown in Swaffham to sell your house through, happy buying and selling ????

John and Hannah have always been extremely helpful and helped us steer the selling and buying course which can be a rocky journey. I would highly recommend using them if you can.
29th Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)Phoned the branch to sell our house, told the sales team would call us, they didn’t. Waited 2 weeks, filled in an online form asking for a valuation. A week later still no contact. Needless to say won’t be bothering a third time.- 31st Mar 2024 (25 days ago)Do not use this particular area of the company they offer poor housing with knowledge of problems and lie be aware and check home and speak to neighbours first

3rd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)While in the process of purchasing a property through Brown and Co, I encountered issues regarding the legality of the build on the land. As a result, I made the difficult decision to withdraw from the process. However, I was disappointed by the way Brown and Co handled the situation. Despite their own terms, they refused to sell my property and terminated the contract. I found their actions to be unprofessional and childish.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

23rd Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)I have used minors and Brady Wroxham branch twice now , and my auntie used them first I have recommended many friends that have also used them , I always use the Wroxham branch , as Abbie is amazing always prompt and happy to help , sold my previous property with this branch and Abbie’s follow up and after care was amazing, they always sell quick and get you a good price , highly recommended their services, chasing the chain , solicitors etc Abbie has always been a great support, a value to this company as well as many others in this office , I opted for a multi agent policy, but only instructed them and had every confidence my property would sell in their care thank you

The team keept us in the loop with weekly updates and helped chase up outstanding or difficult queries with all parties when they could. When our first purchase fell through due to the vendor, Homeworks helped us find another property really quickly. Never felt as if it was too much to call or email them. Would use them to sell in the future.

Through out the whole process Richard at Parsons went above and beyond to ensure the purchase went through with as few problems as possible he kept in regular contact with us and kept us informed throughout the whole process. 11th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)The initial visit, photos and valuation were all handled professionally, very happy with this part of their service. I liked that they claim to be a local family run business and was happy to support them with my business. I appreciate that market forces often dictate how much interest the might be in a property for sale. In the 9 weeks my house was on the market I had two viewings arranged and then cancelled...not the fault if the agent ...but in that time didn't have one phonecall from Gilson Bailey to keep me up-dated or to touch base to reassure me. I was very disappointed by their lack of customer service.

12th Apr 2024 (13 days ago)Poor coordination. Drove from NW London for a viewing to be called an hour before to cancel the appt because they couldn't get anyone there due to a broken down vehicle. I know these things happen, but they seemed to not have cared. Lucky we hadn't booked a day off specifically for it; could we do it in a few weeks time was the suggestion... not risking it again.
