20th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)From the moment I contacted Hannah and the Abbots team to value my property after a messy separation, the service i received for the best part of 3 years was phenomenal, very professional and helpful on every step of the way, took some time because of court orders and difficulties with the ex but have managed to sell the property efficiently and as quickly as humanly possible. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars but I can't. I absolutely highly recommend this team to deal with any property issues no matter what the circumstances, they have felt more like friends then business people. I actually made it the court order for Hannah and her team to deal with my property and they haven't faultered at all, I will miss our weekly phone calls and back and forthing.<br>USE THESE GUYS PEOPLE!!!
1st Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)This was our first viewing with Fine and Country and to say they were a breath of fresh air is an understatement. Unlike other agents we've viewed with, we were able to visit the property without being rushed and with no pushy sales tactics. This left us feeling welcomed and valued as a potential customer. Every member of staff we've dealt with has been polite, courteous and gone out of their way to be helpful and answer any questions we have. The whole process even started on a positive note as the photos taken to advertise the property were actually representative of what was there. Most other agents seem to use odd lenses and angles to give an unrealistic view of a property leading to instant disappointment when you arrive. That's not the case here. This is what other agents should aspire to be, welcoming, informed and helpful. We really cannot recommend them highly enough. We've dealt with both Alison and Sally and would would like to thank them both for all they've done. Superb.

18th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)This is easily the worst estate agent experiences I've ever had.<br><br>This is purely from the experience of trying to buy a property through them, and if this is how they treat potential buyers, I would hate to think what their sellers would make of it.<br><br>Properties are taken off the market and then put back on again, with little or no explanation. You email asking for clarification and get no reply. I even went as far as making a formal complaint to head office, only to be completely ignored.<br><br>To make matters worse, I've seen an auction property listed as “under offer” three days before the auction was even due to start. How does that happen? I appreciate that pre-auction offers can be made, but surely potential buyers deserve clear and accurate information about a property's status.<br><br>The lack of communication, the failure to respond to enquiries, and the complete lack of acknowledgement of a formal complaint have been extremely disappointing.<br><br>If I were selling a property, I'd seriously question whether this is the level of service I'd want from the estate agent representing me. Potential buyers should be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, and in my experience, that has been sorely lacking here.<br><br>Based on my personal experience, I would struggle to recommend them.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

Sam Callaghan was excellent, both when looking at the property and going through the process, very easy to communicate with and constantly helpful throughout. 28th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Completed on buying a house with TWGaze last week. Everyone i dealt with was great - the agents that showed me round were always super helpful and honest. The purchase was complicated by the unfortunately poor health of the seller - Kyrena in particular was so instrumental in helping to get the sale completed and helping me to apply pressure to my solicitor, who often seemed oblivious to the urgency of the situation. So thank you Kyrena and thank you everyone at TWGaze!

16th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)I have given you this review do to the state of the property that your renting out to my young grandson , here a a couple of photos of the work that’s needed , I do know what’s what as I have volunteered for the Cambridge city council for over 12 years + inspecting flats and houses and making sure that there homes are up to a decent standard , there is a policy that the council abide by , a decent homes policy which you don’t seam to have, I will await your response , a person should feel safe in there property , warm and Secure , which I Hasson to point out that if some one put a mind to braking in to his property, on kick of the front door or back would do .

They done all the background checks to make sure people who came and viewed the property were in the position to be able to purchase it if they wished to. My property was listed, not only on Rightmove, but a lot of different places that got seen by a lot people in different areas as well. I would definitely use Arlington park to sell my next property.
