9th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Absolutely terrible estate agents from a tenants perspective. They ignore all your emails until your tenancy renewal is due, at which point you’ll be sure to receive an email demanding more money for the rent if you wish to stay. This will be the only time you can expect any replies from them and even then it’s an uphill battle. Be warned.
11th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unprofessional Receptionist! (Didn’t explained to the dr what happened with me!) Arrived 5 mins late just because it’s my first time to go for “register only”and the receptionist said you are late!! I was looking for a car park and I parked my car 10 minutes away from the dentist as I couldn’t find a space and I moved new to this area!! I explained that but there was no mercy! And it was raining and she saw me i came with a little baby with pram!! They also didn’t say arrived earlier than your appointment in about 5mins when i spoke to them on the phone! (When I arrived she told me that!) It’s only a form you need to give it to me get my details!! I don’t know why she didn’t let me do the form as the dentist was empty no one in or waiting!! Plus the receptionist didn’t welcoming!! Very bad service will never go back to this dentist !
26th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)I rented through Japan Services for six years. They were easy to reach and responsive throughout the tenancy, and repairs were dealt with quickly. Rent increases were in line with the market. They were also flexible when my plans changed during the move-out process and were willing to accommodate me.<br><br>The return of deposit has let to a minor dispute where I felt Japan Services is siding too much with the landlord’s interests. With no damage beyond normal wear and tear after six years, the cost of upkeep should fall on the landlord, not the tenant's deposit. We negotiated it over email and reached an agreement without the need for a DPS dispute.
16th Sep 2026 (23 days ago)It was a pleasure dealing with Hilton Estates who was responsible for selling and renting my property.<br>Manager Janice and a Estate agent named Harvin in particular was very accomodating, his professionalism was outstanding at the same time very supportive and understanding when at times unforseen events would arise. It was a pleasure to have liaised with them. Would highly recommend Hilton Estates Southall. Regards Mrs Matharu
14th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)After my rental fell through at the last minute, Bradley was extremely helpful in finding me a new flat. Within a few short hours he had a few suitable options for me and within 48 hours an offer was accepted! What a relief, I couldnt recommend him highly enough!

Super responsive and have resolved any issues we've had within a few days - special shout out to Dorian who is always willing to drop by and help us out with whatever it is we need. Both our move-in and move out process was great and I would rent with them again if I could. 22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I am a 44 years old an a Gas Safe Engineer. I have been working in maintenance since 1996. Never seen a worse maintenance company than Strettons. I have no words to describe how we the residents of Onslow Parade N14 5JN feel. Come and judge for yourself before considering to buy or rent a property where this company is involved. Now obviously they are going to reply that they do as much as possible etc . Which is rubbish! We are their customer and we are the people entitled to give them a honest good or bad review. Don't listen to they answers

He was always responsive, proactive and incredibly helpful, and made what could have been a stressful transaction feel much smoother. He kept things moving, communicated clearly, and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, that made a huge difference. I’d happily recommend Louis and Elderton & Co to anyone buying or selling in the area!

8th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)If possible I’ll give them zero star, NEVER rent with them. Their properties are unkept with bedbugs and you might never get your deposit back from them. They are unorganized set of people especially Ben and Liam are so rude. ADVICE NEVER RENT WITH THEM

We would not hesitate to recommend Lowther Estate Agents to anyone.<br>We have had to work with 4 estate agents over the last 2 years for various reasons and Lowthers were by far the best. Richard was our agent and point of contact right throughout the process, for both our purchase and our sale. He was exceptional - and everything we wanted from our agent. He was available, accessible, down to earth, accommodating with requests, never pushy - and he supplied regular communications and updates. He understood that the move was a major life event for us and he managed the whole process calmly and professionally, chasing where necessary and advising as required. Queries were answered very promptly, every time, via phone call or WhatsApp.<br>Our experience was that as a small family run business, Lowther Estate Agents were far better equipped than the bigger chains to give us the time and personal service we wanted, with Richard and Toni-Ann working together to manage the whole process. We cannot speak highly enough of the service we received.<br><br>We had thought that all estate agents were pretty much the same. They are not!
13th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)Sonia Estates could not wait longer than two weeks after my husband’s passing to start their plot to scam me. Informed me that minor repairs needed to rent after the contract expired. No deposit money given to me as they retained it! They ran up 8000 pounds( 12,000 pounds is what they demanded initially) worth of non existent repairs without my permission. When I disputed it, they secretly rented out my home and had no intention of informing me about it, nor of paying me rent!! They also had the secret idea of letting the home out to Capital Living who would charge us a commission, and Sonia would very kindly keep collecting another 7 percent commission too! This was only revealed to me after months of questioning Sonia Estates. They then threw away all of my furniture and asked me for an additional 15,000 pounds to furnish it again! So, they tried to make almost 27,000 pounds from the death of my husband! Sonia Estaes lied to the Ombudsman who accepted their lies that all of the above arrangements were agreed upon by me over a phony phone call! Even though I won the case, they were asked to pay me only 150 pounds! They now keep getting my Google review deleted!

As first-time buyers, we had lots of questions and weren’t familiar with the whole process, but Vishal was always helpful, responsive and happy to explain everything to us.<br><br>He was on point throughout and really helped keep things moving, even chasing our solicitors on our behalf when needed. He made the whole process much smoother and less stressful for us.<br><br>Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Vishal and Daniels Estate to anyone looking to buy a property!
19th Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)I had an appointment to view one of their properties. Their guy couldn’t be bothered to show up, so he simply didn’t. When I called to ask if anyone was coming as I was already at the property the guy was unfriendly about it. Waste of my time
