8th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Heathgate are the management agents of our block.<br>Shabz is the manager for the block and I do genuinely feel he cares for the residents.<br>No management agent is perfect but after having 3 in as many years I can say that Heathgate are responsive, approachable (very rare for managing agents) and sensible. Shabz sorted an issue for our home that had been ongoing for over a year and caused us a great deal of stress and I am very grateful for this.

27th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)[Today I had an appointment to view a house with Jaqui. Unfortunately, the agent forgot the keys to the house, which cost me almost 2 hours of lost time during the work week. I understand — things happen. But I can't recommend this agency to others. I hope they improve their checklists — maybe QR codes for keys with in-app checks, like delivery services use, so nothing gets missed or mixed up.

The process of selling our flat and buying our new property was as smooth as could be.<br><br>From the initial viewing to putting our place on the market, arranging viewings and advising us on the best way forward, we felt completely reassured by the team’s professionalism.<br><br>You can tell they are an independent agency because Nathan and Oliver take extra care with their clients. Both have a deep knowledge of the current market, are incredibly responsive and put us in a strong position to manage both our sale and purchase simultaneously.

28th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I have used Rose and Co to rent my property in South Hampstead for 7 years.<br>My flat has become available again this week, it has already been Let.<br>James has been excellent, his communication and professionalism is first class, he goes above and beyond to make sure that I get the best quality professional tenants.<br>Darren has also been top notch, giving me excellent advice, which has helped Let the property in a very short time.<br>I cannot thank James and Darren enough.<br>I highly recommend that you use Rose and Co, you will definitely have the same quality service as I have.

Even boasting about "striving for a transparent and efficient selection process" when all they do is probably get as much info from you as possible (including a video introduction of yourself), then run away with the information they got.

From my experience it has always included some level of tension, frustration, uncertainty and vulnerability (as well as the exciting and pleasant stuff too).<br>We recently sold our beloved home of 25+ years, with the help and stewardship of Amin and he was so helpful, measured and effective, I'm compelled to write a review.<br>I couldn't recommend him highly enough, and hope that this review is helpful for anyone about to embark on a similar journey.

I recently asked Sam Levy if it was possible to put a railing at the entrance to Talbot Skyline. It was done in days which is very impressive and very much appreciated. 24th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)Have been in this property for 5 years now and it’s the most painful process when something needs to be fixed. There’s been occasions we’ve been ghosted for literally an entire year with regards to property management related stuff. Sometimes they give you hope and suggest someone is coming or ask for more details, only for them to not turn up or ghost you again. You have to chase them via email, phone calls, WhatsApps every day to finally get any movement. I would not recommend renting with these guys unless you have time alongside your day job to be constantly chasing them and sending them reminders.
