She's real, caring, and very down to earth. It's almost like there is no boundary between her and the tenant. Complete empathy. After a really bad experience with another estate agent, I feel truly blessed. Greenstone Estate Agents are so humane in their approach. They treat tenants with respect. She identified a flat that met all of my specifications within a day, and my offer to rent the flat was accepted within one day of the viewing. The entire process was painless, and I couldn’t be happier with my new flat. Highly recommended!

18th Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios

I also met Guy towards the end who was super nice as well and friendly.

He was always responsive, proactive and incredibly helpful, and made what could have been a stressful transaction feel much smoother. He kept things moving, communicated clearly, and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, that made a huge difference. I’d happily recommend Louis and Elderton & Co to anyone buying or selling in the area!

From the initial valuation right through to completion, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and completely dedicated to getting the best result. What impressed me most was their communication. I was kept updated every step of the way, and they proactively managed the legal chain to ensure everything stayed on track and stress-free. I was selling a shared ownership flat so the process was quite long but I felt supported throughout by the team, particularly Oliver who was always on hand to answer any questions. They are completely trustworthy and I didn't have any qualms with giving them a spare set of keys for viewings. I ended up moving out slightly earlier then the completion date so the team were happy to deal with key handover on the day too so I didn't need to return. I felt I received a personal service and you weren't just a number on the books.

They were all professional, friendly and most importantly realistic in a difficult market. Selling a house is one of the most stressful life events but Jack made it as smooth as it could be. We were given a credible selling price – not something other estate agents were keen to do - and help in presenting the house for sale so that it sold within a few weeks. We were also kept up to date after each viewing with detailed and helpful feedback which was absolutely invaluable. Jack then guided us through the sale process and helped iron out a few complications that arose. It was refreshing to deal with a team that was straightforward and upfront with no smoke and mirrors to navigate.
