Not only was he always approachable with our questions, often meeting us in person for anything however small but his knowledge of the area is unrivalled. This level of experience is rare but is essential with these kind of listed properties. Would highly recommend Howard and Aston Chase.

7th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience when contacting this agency to arrange a viewing.<br><br>At first, I explained that the property would be for me and my baby. The member of staff placed me on hold, and after waiting, the call ended. I called back and the same thing happened again. This occurred around three times, which I found very frustrating and unprofessional.<br><br>When I eventually explained that the property would be for myself, my partner, and our baby, I was told that the property would be too small for the three of us. I felt that I was given repeated excuses rather than a clear and helpful explanation.<br><br>I understand that not every property will be suitable for every applicant, but I believe customers should still be treated with respect, listened to, and given professional communication. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency did not feel professional or welcoming.

The support we received every step of the way made what can be a difficult time feel simple and completely stress-free. Leone, Mark, and the rest of the team kept us fully informed throughout and were always an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their extensive knowledge of the local area was a massive advantage, successfully turning unsure viewers into final purchasers. I cannot recommend their estate agency highly enough. Five stars!
7th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)My first time ever renting in London, and I did it while relocating from overseas, so I really didn't know what to expect. Joel made it easy from the very first viewing. He talked me through every stage properly, from the offer through referencing and the tenancy agreement, and he came back to my questions promptly every time. He was especially patient with all the awkward paperwork that comes with moving countries. I never felt like I was chasing him for an answer, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Having someone this responsive and reliable on the London end made an enormous difference. I'd recommend Joel and Jonathan Arron Residential without hesitation.

Her dedication and desire to help us and offer quality service is evident and she continues to offer support, being very patient and attentive to my queries. As a result, I am a very happy tenant in a new home that I already love within a few days of moving in. Also a special thanks to Oliver who had made an extra trip to deliver the keys! Again, they showed a great teamwork and the dedication. Thank you!

From the very first viewing up to completion a couple of days ago, Rosie has been fabulous- responsive, efficient and very patient with my many questions at various points in the process. She was a pleasure to work with and I appreciate it greatly. Thank you!
7th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)AWFUL experience. If I could give Portico 0 starts I would, I truly could not recommend them less. The lack of communication was the first and most prevalent issue throughout our Tennancy (which was cut short due to a hazardous mould issue which was flagged many times before and during the Tennancy). My flatmate and I spent hours and hours of our time trying to draw attention to and rectify the multiple issues with the property, some more serious than others, on many occasions we were ignored and on some occasions the portico employees were actually very rude. I will not name names but a lady in the Highbury office in particular. The ordeal with portico cost us a great deal financially but also in terms of stress, not to mention the health implications of living in a damp flat for 5+ months during the height of winter, in an uninsulated room, where the radiator fell off the wall and the heating did not work initially. I don’t ever leave bad reviews but I seriously believe people should avoid this service. Would not wish it upon others, particularly when you are overpaying for a property and working hard to do so!<br>The issues were never ending , and I was constantly in awe of the audacity of Portico to try and charge us for various things that we flagged as issues many times to<br>them and were not our fault. If you have the misfortune of using Portico, I reccomend you keep a record of your engagement with them.<br>Other problems included a gas leak for the first four months of the tenancy, the flat not being cleaned before our arrival, marks all over the place, broken kitchen appliances and shelves, the list goes on.<br>I hope portico work to improve their service and treatment of their clients.<br>Please note the is experience was between August 2024 and March 2025

They kept everything moving smoothly, communicated clearly, and were always available to help whenever I had questions. It only took 2 weeks from beginning to end - I’m very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a rental property! A special thanks to Georgia, who was incredibly efficient/professional and helped me find a property after a long & tedious 2 months search ??????
30th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)We were introduced to Clara Bracey at Tavistock Bow by our estate agent in Devon who successfully sold our home last year.<br>As soon as we met Clara we knew she was right for us.<br><br>Clara is charming, fun and authentic and loves her job. We agreed from the start that the road to a successful sale would not be easy because of the London market but she took all the stress away from us from the beginning. She knew straight away which interested parties were worth pursuing and after a few months contracts were signed.<br><br>I highly recommend Clara and Tavistock Bow estate agents. Clara is a first class communicator and has a flare for getting it right. She is also indefatigable!<br>If I had another property to sell I wouldnt hesitate using Clara and Tavistock Bow again.<br><br>Jackie Sherwood

He was friendly, extremely helpful and very patient throughout the whole process. Everything was handled with a minimum of fuss, even though I was on holiday for the two weeks leading up to move-in day. By the time I moved in, everything had been sorted smoothly and was absolutely fine. Since then, Cosway have also been very helpful in dealing with any issues that have come up. I’d happily recommend them - and Jeremy in particular!
