She was efficient in replying to my emails which was reassuring as the process of buying a shared ownership property is a bit of a long one and there is a lot of uncertainty at the beginning. 7th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)I had the pleasure of dealing with Jon, Lee and Caitlin. All of who were fantastic, Jon in particular updated me pretty much every day whilst we tried to navigate a tricky purchase. Unfortunately due to the seller wasting time we wasn’t able to purchase it however Jon and his team did everything right and everything they could their side. Just came down to a waste of time seller. Would highly recommend satchells to anyone though!

The process wasn't easy (a lot of bumps in the road) but Rosie was proactive and reassuring and we got there in the end! From the outset, when choosing an agent, we were impressed with David's clear, thorough explanation of the marketing strategy. The transparent, courteous approach made Putterills an clear choice over other agents. Putterills secured us offers within the first few viewings from their potential buyers and their negotiations secured us a price significantly over our expectations. Teresa who we dealt with mainly was lovely and very friendly, so helpful and quick to make any repairs and any issues needed within the property. Also got our deposit back within 2/3 weeks of handing back our keys. Happy with the service and outcome of our time we had in one of their rentals.

From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.

Ours was a complex transaction involving difficult negotiations and plenty of emotional pressure at times, but Nick handled the entire process with professionalism, calmness and excellent judgement throughout. He played a pivotal role in achieving a fantastic sale price for our property and keeping the transaction moving when several points could easily have stalled. His communication was excellent and he managed both the commercial and human side of the process extremely well. The back-office team also deserve huge credit — responsive, organised and always helpful. Having now completed and moved into our new home, I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Nick and the team at Wellington Evans.
