I was in love with a property we thought we wouldn’t be able to purchase however GD referred us to their broker who helped make it happen!<br><br>The team at GD were always easy to contact and Jo in particular pushed for our completion and played a key role in bringing all the parties together.<br><br>Would highly recommend them as an estate agent whether it be buying or selling.

23rd May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Incredible service from Aston White from start to finish. Martin was great. Very professional, with excellent communication and most importantly, they knew how to attract the right serious buyers. They handled the viewings, kept us informed, and were very knowledgeable about the local market. A lot of estate agents are more like “marketing” companies and lack the personal touch. Aston White feels more like a professional consultancy, which is what makes them different. If you are looking to sell or buy a property in Billericay, I would suggest speaking with Aston White first. We tried a local estate agent before, and you couldn’t even compare the two.

Gavin, Federica and Jordan were excellent at facilitating viewings and my property was marketed really well. I honestly do not think the sale would have progressed had it not been for Becky, who constantly chasing and dealing with my buyer's very difficult solicitor. She also kept the communication going between me and my buyer. I could not have asked for a better agent to have been involved.

Nicola was in contact with both solicitors and made sure that the whole process ran smoothly and everyone was on the ball. Great team and if I ever have to sell a property again, I will happily use Temme English.

Not only are they very professional and ensure they look after your interests, but they are genuinely very nice people, not at all pushy and all nice people. They have moved away from the traditional hard sell estate agent , they work with huge knowledge and quiet confidence. We are happy with all aspects of their work and would say that despite their higher fees they are worth every penny.

He gave us honest, accurate advice and explained the market clearly. He also shared very interesting statistics that helped us understand how buyers behave and why certain approaches work. Everything he told us was backed by real knowledge and proved to be true.<br><br>Matt kept me updated throughout the process, sometimes more than once a day, and provided ongoing encouragement, advice and support. I asked many questions, often every day and sometimes during evenings and weekends, but nothing was ever too much trouble.
