12th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I’m not one for leaving reviews but I wanted to write about my personal experience in letting with Holly Erarslan at Hamptons. After deliberating on whether to sell or rent our property in west London (and seeing every agent in the area) my husband and I decided to rent, as we felt secure in leaving our family home in Holly’s very capable hands. As our home was fully furnished to a high standard we were a bit hesitant at first. Throughout the tenancy Holly could not have made our experience more reassuring and professional. Her customer service skills are second to none, she spoke to us with such assurance and genuine care and understanding - and we always felt that she had everything in hand. It’s what’s missing in most customer service today - that extra level of personal care. Holly would phone or meet in person and explain things meticulously, she would sometimes make a point to go over something we weren’t sure about (or comfortable with) and our feelings were always a priority and important to her. She would often request we take some time to think it all over. And despite a few obstacles and life choices we’ve had to make along the way, we always knew with confidence, that any decisions we made with Holly were going to be the right ones - and that she had our best interests at heart. Since our meeting over a year ago we decided to carry on our rental with Holly and her lovely team and I can honestly say she is the main reason why we chose to stay with Hamptons. She’s a credit to her team, she makes you feel like you’re dealing with a friend, and not just a company… and she is walking proof of what most customer service is lacking (but still exists!) in the world today. If I could give her a 20 out of 10, I would! If you’re considering Hamptons, please do not hesitate in meeting with Holly. Kristy May McCormack
27th May 2026 (24 days ago)I wish i had gone with Andrea years ago. I had tried several local agents in the area over the years. Some overvalued my property to win the business or had the viewings conducted by junior staff without much experience. Andrea managed to get a genuine buyer and a successful sale despite the current problems in Central London. Courteous, conducted viewings himself and I wish I had met him and taken his advice years ago.
19th May 2022 (4 years ago)We’re first time buyers and John D Wood were selling the home we were buying. We were shown our new home by George who was lovely. Julian in the team managed everything else, and the man is a saint. I was stressed to say the least between work and trying to buy a house in a short timeframe. No matter how testy I got, he was patient, friendly and supportive. I can’t speak highly enough of Julian, and when we eventually sell in the future he’ll be the first person we go to. Julian thank you so much for your amazing service.
3rd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)I am very impressed by the hard work and knowledge of Sheetal who sold my partner's flat quickly and for a reasonable price even though the flat was in a very poor condition. Sheetal's hard work ethic really impressed me. Thank you Sheetal for making selling the flat a simple and reasonable process. Sheetal also arranged to have the garage emptied. This was much appreciated because I do not know the area and had no other local contacts to help me
2nd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)Whitmans are really the only Estate Agent to consider if you want to buy or sell in Chiswick. Years of experience, incredibly helpful and friendly staff not to mention the best properties on their books! Everyone at Whitmans made the entire process of buying our home very smooth and stress free. A huge thank you to Andy and Denise in particular for all their help, support and suggestions in getting the sale over the line.
8th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)The quality of service that the Russell Collins team provided was clear. More care and attention from a smaller family run business rather than a larger corporate estate agent. It is clear they have many years of local knowledge. Ray not only helped with the sale of our house but with the purchasing of our new home in a different area of the country. He went beyond what was expected at the end of process to make it happen for everyone in the chain. Even though we are no longer in the area, Ray would be the first person that I would call for advise if ever to buy again.

He was extremely professional and very helpful with accommodating his search to my preferences. Finally, he gave me incredibly useful advice about the lettings market that was eye opening. 31st May 2024 (2 years ago)I had the worst experience of my life with them and Featherstone Leigh , my son has a permanent asthma and breathing issue from the flat they have rented me. I was not able to stay in the flat for over two months , no alternative was offered to me and my family, being homeless due to the smell of damp, water leak has costed me a lot of money and stress. Useless team all they care about is their rent it be paid , they have breached their contract on so many occasions, they failed . Do not get fooled by those good reviews!
19th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)We did not sell, we have taken it off the market. We were expected to hold our own viewings and didn't get much follow up outside once they happened.
5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

It's been more than 6 years. They helped find a tenant (a small family), who are still there. They proactively sorted out issues whether they were related to local council, maintenance or services. For someone like me so far away, this is more than assuring. Particular mention to Aziz Khan for his outreach and accessibility and to Billy for his hands on operations. Thank you so much. I'd recommend Farrell Lewis to anyone looking for top class real estate management.
22nd Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)Hawks, in particular Jasmine, was fantastic. I bought the second flat I viewed. Jasmine was really personable, answered all my questions (including following up via e-mail as needed), and supported me throughout the process. I am a first time buyer so didn’t know anything about the necessary steps so Jasmine and her colleague (Sandip) helped guide and prepare me throughout. I definitely recommend using Hawks and Jasmine.

They have been excellent from the outset and go above and beyond to help me and tenants in the smooth running of the property. They really understand the Island properties and the area extremely well, often dealing with any maintenance issues before they arise. A big thank you to the whole team.

Helpful at every stage of the process, shared his local knowledge, was always frank about any challenges that we would encounter, and even introduced us to the local community. Couldn’t recommend him and River Homes highly enough.
26th May 2026 (25 days ago)The office staff behaviour seem shambolic in my opinion. Lettings agent started ghosting me for weeks after putting my offer in and the receptionist didn’t put me through to the office manager to complain discretely as she wanted the flat address then hung up on me so all in all an embarrassing experience for me from a St John’s Wood estate agency in my opinion.

I received clear and thorough answers and he ensured I had a full understanding of every step along the way. He was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the process. I particularly appreciated his proactive communication and attention to detail. Nothing ever felt rushed, and I felt confident that my best interests were being looked after. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient property agent.
22nd May 2026 (29 days ago)After trying all the usual suspects, Fine & Country were the only estate agent that got us credible buyers on the very first day of our 'open house' and we accepted one of the offers a week later. Then they supported us all the way in getting to contract exchange. Really, I can't recommend Daniel, Alice and the F&C team highly enough.

30th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)Madison Brook were fantastic. Ed Whyte was incredible throughout, and managed to get an offer on our flat within a week of listing. Claire Delaney was also brilliant, and the two of them helped us throughout with our sale, and even our onward purchase, which they didn’t arrange. Just a really excellent service all around, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.
