19th May 2026 (11 days ago)The rental office. Where do I start ! Today I met the owner of our previous Ledbury rental, she popped by with some post. We were issued a section 21 first week in January, we were shocked and devastated, I was hospitalised due to stress, we had a big move up from Poole in April 25, assured many times it was definitely long term. Owner informs me today it was never long term. After only 9 months and the worst time of the year we were facing eviction. This agent showed no compassion throughout this devastating process. After the appalling treatment we without doubt would never recommend this rental agent. This nearly broke us emotionally mentally and financially. One star is too much, lesson to learn is believe all that you see and nothing that you hear.
11th Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)Always a fabulous selection on offer. Really well laid out and options to bid online if you cant make it on the day. Only point last visit was lack of customer service basics when paying. No please thank you or even acknowledgement. Every other staff member was lovely though and this doesnt normally happen so still 5 stars. The lad helping load our van had so much energy and was lovely. Looking forward to attending next month

From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.
15th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

Everyone we had contact with was friendly and professional and they always kept in contact regularly. They were recommended to me by a happy customer and they didn't disappoint. Particular shout to Victoria Nugent who has been knowledgeable and supportive all the way through from valuation to completion. Also to Lee Auckland who was brilliant guiding us through the offers and negotiating to get us the price we wanted. Jason kept me in the loop with absolutely everything, and the process from start to finish has been amazing. I cannot recommend him enough. I originally purchased the house from him and re-sold with him. Fantastic service.

I have never had a issue so far that hasn't been dealt with as timely and promptly as possible, and quite simply put, she is the reason i renewed with Leaders as i was so confident in her.
