From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.

We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

I was able to arrange viewings within 24-48 hours with Ben, something that simply was not possible with other agents and was very refreshing. Ben and Nicole were always prompt and responsive to my emails which I appreciated. I highly recommend Kimberleys.

We also appreciated the Flexible Option, which gave us the freedom to decide later in the sales process who would pay the fees.
12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)House was a state upon moving in. We had mice rats and spiders galore as well as various code violations including a tilted oven and a gas stove blocking the fire door . When it came to moving out I was charged £50 for a mark that was supposedly on my bedroom wall, however the picture they used as evidence was as a different room. Save yourself some money and stress and don’t move in to a property managed by these money hungry, scammers. Also take note of how all the good reviews here are for viewings and not for how well they manage the properties.

They researched thoroughly, gave great advice, understood exactly how to market our property, did all the viewings personally, and kept both the buyer and ourselves fully informed and updated throughout the process.

They have kept us updated, chased things when needed and always made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. Our first impression when booking the viewing was very positive - the team were very knowledgeable and accommodating.<br><br>On the viewing itself we were incredibly impressed by Mollie who accompanied us. Her energy and enthusiasm was tangible - pitched perfectly so that she hit the right tone of selling the property and its potential, but without being pushy.<br><br>Mollie's ability to understand what we wanted and attune to our needs was particularly impressive. She has a fantastic skill to empathise and attune to the client's needs - whilst also taking our view of the property very fairly. For this reason, I would highly recommend Jones & Associates for anyone looking to buy their next property.

My property manager Amelia Roberts was incredibly supportive throughout the process, we were dealing with an unsympathetic landlord that demanded 2 months notice even when the property was unsafe with my condition.<br>Amelia and Leaders were amazing with their understanding of my situation and supported me through the whole tenancy.<br>I am now safe and secure and I would like to thank Amelia for all her help.
