They have very smoothly helped us find buyers whenever a property became vacant and we needed to put them on the market, or have helped us do the necessary renovations and upgrades to attract good tenants. It is a pleasure to deal with every department in the company as they are so knowledgeable, give sound advice and tell it how it is - which makes decision-making so much easier. It is rare to find a company where you can build a deep relationship and earn trust. Fraser Wood is one of those rare companies so we highly recommend them.

Although we were only at the enquiry stage, Julie was incredibly helpful and provided us with all the information we needed to understand the process and our options.<br><br>She was so polite, professional and approachable, and took the time to answer all of our questions clearly and patiently. She made a great first impression and gave us real confidence in the service.<br><br>If you’re considering going down the auction route, I would definitely recommend calling and asking to speak with Julie — she was absolutely lovely and a real credit to the team!

They supplied me with bank details for cube heating and plumbing in cannock to get an epc done. Paid 17.7.26, not done. Asked for number and email for company and Nathan who I spoke to said nothing to do with us and put phone down. Beginning to think I've been scammed

I mainly deal with Sarah and no words can describe how amazing this lady is. All staff are brilliant and very friendly. I wouldn't go with any other agents anymore.<br>To all the team. He was incredibly friendly, approachable and personable, and was always happy to answer my questions and explain each step clearly.<br>His communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt supported and kept up to date. What really stood out was how genuine and helpful Oliver was — I never felt like just another buyer, and he always took the time to make sure I understood what was happening.<br>I’m incredibly grateful for all his help and would absolutely recommend Slade Property Collective to anyone, particularly other first-time buyers!
