3rd Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)We rented a property in Chingford from 1 February 2026 through Claremont Estates. Zak and Mafiz acted as a great bridge between us, the landlord, and Goodlord. The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.
7th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)We went to see the apartment that was available for rent, we liked it. We did all the checkings, filled all the forms, all good. The agent we met insisted to us on talking with the actual landlord to tell him that we are leaving from his apartment. After we did that, he told us that the house is no longer available so this created a very very very unpleasant situation with the actual landlord that almost didn't wanted to let us stay anymore in his apartment. This company is a total shame and scam 1st Edit: My 1st reply to yours: Nice try ! I have attached a picture, maybe you can remember now. I have 2text messages as well. You're embarrassing. Another reason for others to avoid your company. 2nd Edit: My 2nd reply to yours: First of all, the flat was listed by your company, not a different one. On Rightmove, there is your address, not the address of the company you tried to push forward to take YOUR fault. At least now, be professional and assume the errors that you make and stop trying to act like people are stupid and get you wrong, because this is not the case. Second of all, I think you forget what your website shows. Indeed, the company you suggested to make a review exists, but it is also included in your point of contact section, so that would still fall under your company duty. And lastly, I wrote this review for the whole company, not specifically to the sales area, because your whole company works on both sales and renting. So, do not try to fool people here as long as we are aware of our acts. I can see that I am not the only one here complaining about you, so you may want to think this is a sign to work on your professionalism and how you deliver your work to the clients, not to try get out of it blaiming others, or suggesting people are lying because you “do not have any knowledge” of this. Another pic attached. I have pics from inside the house as well. If Google asks, I'll provide them even more details.

I hold them in high regard and highly recommend them. I have used other local agents for both letting and sales over the years and frankly they do not compare favourably. Theydons are my strong recommendation for both sales and property management.

Vicky was absolutely instrumental throughout the entire process. We first viewed an unbelievable opportunity down the road from our existing flat before it had even gone on the market, and she kindly allowed us to put in an offer early, which really helped get things moving quickly. From there, everything progressed at pace, and while the process wasn’t without its complexities, Vicky was always on hand and available — whether it was answering calls, keeping everyone aligned, or making sure communication never dropped. Her dedication, professionalism, and calm approach made a huge difference. I genuinely don’t think we would have managed to successfully complete both the sale and purchase without her support. I would highly recommend Abode and their fantastic team to anyone looking to buy or sell. Their knowledge of the local area and their professionalism are second to none. And a lovely bonus — they’re very dog-friendly! Every time I had an appointment, my dog was thoroughly spoiled with the best treats, which definitely earned them extra points ?????? Thank you again to Vicky and the whole team!

So much better than the estate agent I was selling with, which was one of the big London agents and really didn't care. You could tell that Mark's clients matter to him. If I sell this house in future, I will 100% be using David Evans & Co to sell it.

Communication from Nest was top notch all the way through the sale, which at times was very frustrating due to sub par legal support....They remained very professional throughout with candid updates without the fluff. Everyone in the chain was kept up to date with cause of delay and next steps. My family have used them a few times now and cannot fault the dedication and service.....

I've tried reaching out to you but you never answer left messages for Eric and Ezgi - UNPROFESSIONAL I understand you and some members where off sick but everytime I drove past your office I could see everyone in the office present and working just not answering my call or messages which makes it more unprofessional . I did CALL and try reach out to you and still no response i left whats app messages on two seperate occasions and two different people still no response so from my point of view I was certainly patient and went above and beyond to try get a response from you which never came until I left a review then the response came instantly My main purpose was to sell the property and whilst working with you I felt the only thing you wanted to do was rent my property out for short let's at rock bottom prices which I certainly said no too especially at the low ball figures you offered me( very low figures borderline disturbing) I'm glad I got my property sold with another agent I believe being honest and transparent is very important in this field which I believe in my opinion I didn't receive from you as an agent We all make mistakes if you owned the mistake and apolisged for ignoring me then we could have resolved this Instanly but to say people where sick when I could see them working in the office has certainly left me disappointed in my humble opinion
17th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Look at Trustpilot for honest reviews. Dodgy, unresponsive, unprofessional and actively incurring costs. Worst agent I’ve ever dealt with. Incurred lots of extra costs and various maintenance or repairs were never dealt with.
2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Avoid this branch. I booked a lettings valuation and received multiple emails confirming the date and time, but no one showed up. When I tried to call, I was dismissed rather than helped. I will be taking my business elsewhereand I would recommend others do the same

Communication was excellent throughout, and any issues on any side of the chain were dealt with quickly, calmly and effectively. Moving home is often described as one of life’s most stressful experiences, but Stewart genuinely took the stress out of it for us. It was a real pleasure to work with someone so professional, proactive and reassuring — we always felt confident knowing everything was in safe hands and that Stewart had complete command over proceedings. He was incredibly well-prepared and guided us through the viewing in a way that felt relaxed and unhurried. What really stood out was how easy he was to talk to. He has a naturally warm and personable manner that made the whole experience feel far more attentive than property viewings can sometimes be. He answered every question we had and never made us feel rushed or pressured. For someone early in their career, he carries himself with a professionalism and enthusiasm that you don't always see. We'd have no hesitation in recommending him and look forward to working with him to find our home!

20th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)Absolute worthless of a staff. Ross , one of their property managers is not prompt with his replies or actions. We were kept in the cold for two weeks in the winter while our Boiler and heating was not sorted. I have recurrent tonsillitis and had raised this issue from before in September, but they did not pay any heed. Even one of the shower drains was broken. The agent from the letting agency asked us to pay 100 pounds extra each month, not disclosing that the flat has these problems. All their other reviews here are probably bought. Use your brains and opt for better letting agencies.
