Luke is a skilled and helpful agent, who made the whole process super easy. Keira, our property manager, is extremely responsive. She has been remarkably present for any questions or requests we had and it was very clear that solving any issues was a high priority for her. I've had a great experience with Beaumont Gibbs :)

Despite the complications of us making our purchase remotely from Cyprus we were kept well informed at all stages and she has gone out of her way to help us out and to smooth the whole process. They were also extremely friendly and approachable and acted as a valuable conduit between myself, my buyer, the sellers and my solicitors.
19th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)The response just shows the level of care given to customers. My husband & I were in the process of buying a house through John Payne, dealing with Daniel, who failed to respond to emails, read emails & aid the progression of the house sale. They also failed to disclose that the house had subsidence until our solicitor got involved. My advice is buyers beware!

29th Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)Terrible agency. Stay away. They let out a flat where the boiler wasn't working from day one of the tenancy. When a call out was made at the weekend on Saturday I was told that it was not an emergency and not having ANY heating/ hot water during Winter with a 3 year old living in the house didn't classify as an emergency so the contractor would only be sent on the Monday, which they then did.
3rd Apr 2024 (25 days ago)Never ever let from Chase Evans. The apartment I let had 2 faulty switches which caused multiple electric shock incidents. I complained to my property manager Danish twice after this. I eventually decided to move out of the property because they are not responsive. Adriana in the office told me that Danish is no longer working in Chase Evans and he did not communicate your issue before he left. When I called Adriana's manager, he told me that Danish never left Chase Evans. He just moved teams. Now when I call to ask for my deposit, Adriana never takes the call and ask her colleague to pick it. I don't know her name but she very rudely cuts the phone without giving me the information I need. I am filing a case against them now. Worst experience I ever had dealing with letting agents. Would not recommend at all.

28th Apr 2024 (0 days ago)Initial valuation was very good. House sold within 5 days of being on market. Got told by office that initial offer was good & there wasn't any other interest. Considering it was only 4 days in, I wasn't happy with that. I managed to get a little more from the buyers. Otherwise happy with service. The cost included the solicitors fees & I was told that Wigwam would do all the chasing with them. Only time will tell.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
21st Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Honestly they have been fantastic, probably the best estate agents we’ve ever dealt with. We’ve just started renting a property with them and both the estate agent (Maddie) and the property manager (Shireen) have been absolutely amazing. We had lots of questions and at every stage the whole team was helpful and efficient. Despite having a few small issues with the property, Shireen and Maddie have gone out of their way to sort out a solution for every single one as fast as they can. We are very excited to be renting with them and so far have been incredibly happy with the amazing staff. Thanks again Maddie and Shireen, you have both been amazing ????

Even though we were not able to find a place for me due to my requirements and the available offer in the area, Alicia was amazing. Always so thoughtful to look for alternatives for us, she listened to our demands and gave her best to help us. I'd definitely would suggest you to go to Foxtons Woolwich if you're looking for Estate Agent services.
